I have used many customer service companies in the past several years and by far Bel-Red Heating. is the best in many ways. Customer service on the phone, emails and text messages has been awesome, especially during Covid and even now. I'm very impressed with the gentleman who came to my house today to service my whole house generator. Lawrence Brookover is a wonderful addition to your team.

He explained everything to me and was very helpful to make sure that I understood what he was concerned about. I wish he could teach a class to everyone in the customer service industry. Our home had an odd setup from 14 years ago that needed correcting. Matias and Jared cleaned up the wiring (including a new circuit) and replaced all of our circuit breakers ("panel refresh") in a few hours. Our furnace was 30 years old & ceased functioning one cold night. The next day Evan from BelRed visited w/ fine options to replace what we had. He was succinct & knowledgable in-person & helped us feel confident in our selection. Within 24-hours the new furnace was installed by a pair of excellent technicians who took away the old & instructed us re how to use & care for the new model. Jordan & Morgan were a thoroughly professional team who completed the installation in less than 4 hours, including cleanup. We could not be more pleased with the service & the resulting final product. We recommend Bel Red unreservedly to anyone who appreciates all-around quality.

Marshall Ryan and Chase Beamer ran a new electrical line for a garbage disposal in a home that I recently purchased. They were in my home for two different appointments to complete the work and were courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to get the work done, and didn't even mind having to crawl through three crawl spaces under my home to run the line to the electrical panel! I have many more projects to get done around this house, and I will be sure to call Chase and Marshall back to help me with the work. Would definitely recommend.

The tech, Alan, that came out was prompt, efficient, professional, and super easy to work with! A great experience overall. Ended up having BelRed replace our 50 year old furnace. Bobby and Connor and the rest of the crew did and AMAZING job. New Heat pump Furnace, new Electrical panel, Central Air, and Full house Generator. All done in 3 days. So friendly and professional. Alex "the electrician" is above and beyond. He is one of the team who replacing our furnace from Bel-Red. He is easy to work with and understand the project we need. He puts light switch in our furnace room which we never thought about. We are very pleased with his exceptional work and think outside the box attitude. The rest of the team (Rodrigo, Alex the HVAC, and Dustin) are as awesome as Alex the electrician. They are very cooperative and got the job done nicely. We met Hayden for quote and trusted him that we made the right decision to go with Bel-Red. Kiddos guys!

Brandon and his team did an excellent installation. Great communication about what the process was and a great explanation of how the furnace and heat pump wotk. I was delighted to have such a competent team install our new furnace!

Mitsubishi GS09 mini split purchase and install exceeded expectations for my home server room. 25-year customer. Chancy identified the best system, Tricia closed the deal with a competitive price, the install by Steve and Anthony was super clean and tidy (one straight run and a hidden "L"), Justin and Daniel were able to tie into my existing electrical runs to avoid any crossings, and Cody worked around dozens of Wi-fi issues.

System is silent inside and out, controlled by Alexa, and my rack temperatures are down 10C to safe levels. Only gotcha was Mitsubishi's Wi-fi adapter is antiquated and had serious compatibility issues with 2.4 GHz and Android. After 2 hours of fruitless debugging, cut our losses and moved to the Airzone Aidoo Pro. It connected in less than a minute via blue tooth and was full featured, but it mounts to the wall, requires a power brick, and some splicing. Cody did a great job making the best of the aesthetically unfriendly and utilitarian design. Mitsubishi needs to refresh their adapter so it connects using modern protocols and stays hidden inside the unit.

Bottom line, BelRed brought their A-team, creatively solved the problems we ran into, and they raised the bar in all areas. 12 year parts from Mitsubishi and 10 year labor via service contract. Great experience and super happy with the result. Quick side project review: Cade and Oscar were able to deftly add a pot light inside a very tight double joist bay without any wall board repair. I now have light were I need it! Others said it couldn't be done. Great job BelRed!

Steven was phenomenal! He worked on both of my ac units addressing different issues with each, explaining everything along the way. He went above and beyond by changing his work schedule for the day to extend his visit (instead of making me have to schedule a follow up appointment) to address the issues he found. Evan was great to work with He was very thorough in the inspection and service of our AC unit. He made recommendations for parts and service to help improve out AC units efficiency. I appreciated all of the time and effort taken to assure our AC was working and all of our questions were answered.

Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. George was extremely responsive and helpful working with us and our on-site real estate agent Mike Mincy as we prepared our rental house to be sold while now living in Arizona. He kept us informed about appointments to assess and fix issues with the furnace and heatpump on the property at all times, and called to share what he'd found and get permission to do the necessary work.

I had a pretty expensive HVAC upgrade in our house (think $10k ) and can only say good things about BelRed. Here is why: - They listened to my concerns, every single one of them. My furnace is located in a tricky spot in the garage. New furnaces got bigger, so it was going to eat up even more space. They managed to keep the same footprint. Great. - Fit and finish of the installation is great. - They originally quoted a Daikin (top of the line) system for $X dollars and we decided to move forward with that.

Last minute, they let me know they ran out of that and to avoid missing the installation deadline, they offered me a similar (but better) spec'd Trane system. I was pleasantly surprised with the system. It's good. - We originally had scheduled to install on 5/20. But a heatwave was coming, so I asked if they could pull forward the schedule by a few days. They did it. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and listen to your concerns.

I had a great time in engaging BelRed for AC installations and yearly maintenance. They are always proactive in informing me about last minute cancellations or changes in appointments. Their engineers are very helpful and patiently explains all my questions I highly recommend to call these folks to get your cooling and heating needs. We were in a pinch and needed someone to come take a look at a few things on our furnace and BelRed was amazing. The first lady we talked to on the phone (I forget her name) was great, she worked us in the next day. We ended up having to call and change the time and Maria was super helpful getting us set up. Our technician, Gabriel G. went the extra mile to help us get our furnace/thermostat in working order. He was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will absolutely use BelRed in the future if anything comes up.

I just purchased a new Bosch heat pump. I was apprehensive in the beginning not knowing anything about HVAC, but after the consultation, I felt educated and confident. Laura K. was my sales consultant and I couldn't be more pleased. Laura arrived on time, very friendly, but more important very thorough. She had an answer for just about all of my questions (which were many).

The questions she couldn't answer she got an answer for quickly. She knows her equipment/brands! I worked with her for about 3 weeks before I finally made my decision to go with BelRed. I got a number of quotes for a panel upgrade in my home that currently had an out of code panel that was also a fire hazard. After doing some further research I decided to go with Bel-Red. Although it was not the cheapest of my options, I fully believe it was of the best quality. The techs that did the panel upgrade and replacement were Justin C., Oscar H. and Vicente B.

These gentleman need a raise. They were extremely professional, clean and did a fantastic job. The wiring behind the panel is honestly an OCD persons dream. With each being labeled and perfectly aligned and straight. I will be having further electrical work done in the future and fully intend to hire Bel-Red to do the work. (EV Charger, hot tub and switching some rooms to different breakers) The process was explained very clearly, so I didn't have many questions.

The walk through was also very clearly explained and the few questions I did have were answered clearly. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any type of home repairs. These three gentleman stayed late on a Friday night and came early Saturday to do a few extra things that I wanted to have done (change out the 240v and properly mounted it in a box and rewired the microwave to a stand alone circuit) and this was over a long 4 day weekend. I will certainly be a returning customer to Bel-Red because of how well these electricians did. Thank you!
