Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great. They installed our HVAC system last year and followed up to see if we wanted an annual check-up a couple weeks ago. Jonah was our technician for the check-up. He arrived inside the scheduled window and called when he was 25 minutes out. He was very professional and helpful.

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning Technicians Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad displayed and provided outstanding and very professional service to our home furnace. Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and successfully serviced and conducted a tune up on the furnace and Mr. Camryn safely removed the old steel connector and replaced it with a flex connector on our other furnace. Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad's outstanding professional skills; professional knowledge, and patience aided immeasurably in identifying and solving problem areas in the field of Furnace Maintenance.

Andrew W. came by to perform an electrical safety inspection. Was very thorough and provided some good insight on a few miscellaneous issues with our switches and keeping up to code. Will definitely come back to them with other electrical problems.

Had Darin Tietz come for a furnace service. Great experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Not trying to "sell" me on things but went through a lot of things to watch for and potential areas of concern. Even talked about current PSE promotions. Jonah provided excellent yearly maintenance service today. He explained what he was doing and why and I even learned some things I can do to help maintain our furnace. He is a asset to your company.

These guys are great! Always patient and through explaining why things aren't working properly. Prices are reasonable. Always arrive on time. Never pushy or trying to up sell me on things I don't need.

I chose to do business with Taylor due to being a local family owned and operated business, only to find out they are owned and controlled by some big company somewhere. Josh and Ty showed up right on time. They were great at explaining everything they planned to do. They ran into some unforeseen issues, explained what they were and assured me the job would be done correctly. One of the best experiences we have had from any type of services we have hired (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Ron Cassel provided exceptional service for our HVAC system. The system had an error code showing no power was going to the heat pump and furnace and he was able to track down the actual cause of the issue which occurred during the installation by another company.

From the estimate to the installation these guys were great. So far it's been 2 days and I loveeeeeee our new unit. The whole house is warm and we are happy Nar helped us select the right unit. We were debating between the 18-24 and went with the 24. No pressure no quick sale, just gave us there opinion and let us decide between the options. Would recommend again and again.

Joey DeLeon, John Wood, and Anthony Hansen were absolutely amazing! I needed my heat pump unit and water heater replaced. The company was able to coordinate everything to be replaced and installed all on the same day! They were all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Everything is working better than ever! I can't thank this company enough for their professionalism in all they do. Outstanding care while performing their work and conducting themselves while at my residence. They always leave the area they work at much cleaner and they're always keeping me updated on their progress before, during and after the job. "Excellence" should be their Motto!

Explained everything so we knew what will be done, tear down & installation in a easy to understand. Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The next day when tearing down and installing was done very professionally. Everything explained as they were working in a easy to understandable. They left area cleaner than when they arrived, very pleased! My only complaint would be instructions for thermostat were not in English, although was in many other languages, which of course we could not decifer.

My husband and I had a really good experience with Taylors. From the estimate to the install service was amazing. If I ever have any more issues, these are the folks I will now have a relationship with. Everyone is very friendly and the process was easy. John took care of my electrical issues and the price was not bad at all. We have previously used this company before and Donny was our technician. Donny, once again has showed his amazing expertise with the ability to diagnose and solve our air conditioning complications. Very awesome customer service and support from the very beginning. Was expecting a long time for scheduling being the beginning of summer but only waited a week and a half for installation because of my schedule. Complete new furnace, heat pump and circuit wiring installed from nothing but the furnace before. Guys were great to talk with through out the day, even had to call reinforcements in to make sure everything was working correctly and running great in one day.

It was a lot of work with even some custom ductwork they formed right in the front driveway, not leaving to come back later. The house feels amazing now. I almost went with another contractor off recommendations from a friend, but will only recommend Taylor to anyone I talk to from now on. Great team to have around.

Chad was instrumental in getting AC installed in our home. He provided detailed information on what options were available and an estimate of the work to be done. Two days later, Joey and Sean, along with their helpers, were here to install our new system. The installation was flawless. We are now happily enjoying our new AC system!

My entire experience with Taylor Heating & Air has been fantastic. From the person that came out to give me the estimate, to the office people in getting my install scheduled and assisted with financing to the Tech today that did the install (thank you Joey). This company provides the best customer service and do what they promise. We bought a furnace from them in 2018 and came back when we needed a new A/C. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nar Lopez helped get the gas furnace replaced and was very helpful in getting complete replacement to Mitsubishi Hyper heat pump, all electric.

David & Michael just finished replacing our 20 year old furnace and installing brand new AC to go along with it. We're thrilled with the whole process - they were both professional and courteous, and made sure we had all our questions answered and are clear on how everything works. Donny was also very helpful initially with helping us choose what setup would be right for us. I feel confident knowing we have a company we can rely on in the future.

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.

We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system. Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product. Good company to work with.

Taylor Heating has become our leading HVAC company based on the great service they provided to us and our real estate clients! Today they installed a new AC unit at our home. The entire team was excellent, nice job to have around, efficient, thoughtful and willing to explain the process! We called Taylor to come in and inspect and give us an estimate as PSE transformer blew and send a 150 volt power stream to our house, which we were told blew the electric motor on our furnace by Hunt HVAC at a repair cost of $1300, additionally shared with us that they have had a lot of trouble with the brand of furnace that we had installed. Next, a technician from Taylor HVAC came in, inspected our furnace (only 2.5 years old) and told us that the internal breaker in the furnace has popped and he set them, told us to turn the main breaker on the main box for the furnace on and then he stated, that is all, I can't sell you anything when there is nothing broken!

We paid $59.99 for the inspection, previously we had paid $170 to Hunt HVAC for their "estimated" repair cost (also HUNT HVAC did not show up the day they were supposed to, when we called them, they said they were waiting for the "part", the following day they called us and said that they could come the next day, we declined as we could not stay at the house another day for them to show up!), we had already scheduled the same day with Taylor HVAC, showed up on time, sent us emails and text. no problem with them. I am very satisfied with the service, knowledge and promptness of Taylor heating. Donny Rogers (the dog whisperer) the service tech was very informative and did not try to upsell. He was very honest with the best rout to take as far as repair or replacing. The installation was efficient and well organized. They took out old unit out and left not mess.
