Tyler and his assistant, Jared are a breath of fresh air! Two young men with manners, knowledge, skill and empathy. The job was more difficult than they anticipated but they stayed and finished it and still took time to explain the workings of the furnace, etc. if you could clone them, you should! Adam did an amazing job with troubleshooting and knowing exactly what the problem was. He was able to fix it immediately and educate me on my furnace. I will definitely be calling him back for any future things I will need done.

20 yo furnace started acting up - Jerry stopped by to do a check-up and found some MAJOR problems that could've turned into a mess and a half. Calmly walked us through not only the problems, but multiple solutions as well. Was professional the whole way through. Deided on a replacement instead a piecemeal fix, wasn't inappropriately upsold. Really appreciate the company and of course Jerry.

We had David come out to look at our broiler system. We wanted to try to get smart thermostats. He was very informative with our system. I am not used to broiler systems and he gave me a bunch of tips, and info I didn't know. We couldn't install the thermostats because our house wouldn't allow it too much of a process which was fine. But he did put in one's that were nice and easy to use.

He was very pet friendly as my dog can be a big baby. And was nice with my baby who kept giving his leg a hug. I would totally have him back again. I appreciate the fast service. Thanks for the great service!

We had an emergency call on a Saturday with our furnace and the lady on the phone was so nice she sent James Costianes out to help us, he was so nice and professional, 5 star Job! He explained and answered all our questions, We would DEFINITELY recommend him! Thank You James

Booked them to inspect my main sewer line because a few houses in my neighborhood had them fail this year. Kevin, the tech they sent out, is very knowledgeable and explained things as we watched the camera explore the lines. I'd feel comfortable booking them for any repairs I need down the road.

Gavin and his coworker (sorry. forget his name) are quite a team! They were great! Installed a new furnace for me today. Said it could take 8 hours. they were done in 4! Friendly, polite and definitely knowledgeable!

We had Scott Skora come on Tuesday to evaluate our furnace and air conditioner- which were both 21 years old. They were on their last legs and Scott presented all the options for us. He was not pushy, he was straightforward and honest. He explained everything and we chose a furnace and air conditioner. He was able to setup installation for Thursday, 2 days later. Dan Brown and Mark Heuser came to do the installation.

They were both professional, hard working and did a great job. They worked all day and showed us how everything worked. They cleaned up, took away all the old equipment and my husband and I were extremely happy! I give all 3 of these employees 5 stars! Could not be happier with Reimer!

Zack Extremely ambitious, courteous, hard-working. He serviced my air-conditioning unit today on my service plan. He took all the panels off, showed me all that he was doing explained the filter needing change how to do it. He clean the coils tested the unit. Then he went outside. Did a thorough cleaning of my outside AC unit He tested the coolant levels: He also checked that electrical was working properly. He really earned my respect felt very good about his evaluation. I am very happy with my water heater installation. My technician Bryce was very profesional and courtesy. did a great job, along with Chris who performed an ac tune up the day before and arranging the new install.

Very happy with my service from start to finish. They were able to move my appointment up a week when my tub faucet went from bad to worse. Chris L. was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my problem almost instantly. He then gave me a very reasonable recommendation at a fair cost. Chris S. did the install and was friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job. Overall I am very very happy with the service I received today.

The consultant Mr. Rosso was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The technicians Todd and Blake were efficient and friendly and did quality work. Everyone made it a priority to get our work done within 48hrs of call.

They were willing to come out at 9:00pm on a Friday night to fix my AC, we rescheduled for the morning. Dustin was friendly, smart and found the solution to a complicated problem within an hour! I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I've owned my home that I've required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

He was polite, professional, transparent, and extremely informative. We learned a lot as he walked us through what he was doing and testing for at every stage. Chris is also an absolute joy to have a friendly conversation with! Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I'll be getting Reimer on the horn for everything my home needs in the future!

I requested a service call for annual maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I have dealt with many air conditioning companies I the pas, and Reimer by far has been the most professional. Specifically, the technician by the name of James was outstanding. It was the first time meeting James. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as we went along. I would highly recommend their service and if you get a choice, ask for James.

Talk about professional, responsive and considerate! This company has been all that and more since we had them install a new AC system four years ago and then again last year replaced an old boiler system with a new combi, boiler wall unit. We can't say enough good things about the employees that were here doing the work, the service maintenance men, and the office staff.

Everything has worked well as promised. We have no worries about the great comfort we have had between the heating and cooling in our home or in the future. We know they will take care of us.

Our technician, Chris S, was very professional, courteous and polite, introducing himself immediately. He then proceeded to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience, taking care of a water pipe leak we called about and another water pipe leak I had noticed just prior to him arriving. He worked quickly to repair the water pipe leaks, and completed the work leaving no mess leftover for us to clean up after.

He diagnosed a toilet leak as needing a new wax seal, and upon our request to examine the current condition of the toilet, was able to provide us valuable information so that we could make a financially wise, educated decision to schedule a future appointment to replace the toilet, instead of simply replacing the seal (which he was more than willing to do, not pushy at all). Chris S was the ideal tech, extremely qualified and personable, and someone I would highly recommend!

I will definitely be calling Reimer for future plumbing, heating and cooling needs. ***UPDATE*** The toilet has been installed, technicians Todd T and Sam showed the same professionalism and expertise that seems to be a common theme with Reimer. Old toilet was removed and new toilet installed quickly and with no mess left to clean up. Again, I highly recommend Reimer!

We are new to the area. They sent Mr Marty to the rescue. He was the best plumber I've ever ran into and this isn't my first time with major issues in other states. They were on time, good communication, honest and most importantly reliable. 100% recommend to anyone who needs any type of ac or plumbing repair or simple work.

John Hammill came out and gave us a reasonable price for installation of a ducless HVAC system. He was very patient and respectfull in answering our questions. On a rainy, chilly day, Allen Border and his son Joshua arrived to begin the installation. They were prompt, polite, and throughly professional during the long day it took to complete the job. The two units they installed are working flawlessly, and we are very happy with the results! Will definetly recommend Reimer to anyone looking for HVAC work on their home!

Had to have the hot water replaced All options were clearly explained to us. The cost the time and warranty and maintenance schedule. We decided to go with your tankless system. Carl and Cody were on time professional and did the job in a very timely manner. Upon completion of the installation I was shown the unit and was completely informed of it's function. Very professional and on time. Offered advice on what we have available to us in either repairing or replacing our furnace. Also referred one of their plumbers to stop by to check our aging hot water tank. No charge plumbing inspection as well.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.
