Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

We had a backed up toilet. We have a lot going on this coming weekend and I gave Steves Plumbing a call. They came out quickly and serviced it in less than 30 minutes. SHON was very informative and very professional and doing the job. We are in the construction industry and we know what it's like to get a quality service. We would recommend Steve's plumbing to all of the Honolulu community.

Professional team, Alex Sunny Zion, came out to unclog our main drain. They showed the camera view and recommended what would be the best service for the future of the house. Will contact them again and recommend to friends and family.

I had a water filtration system installed by Landry and very happy with the quality of his work. He did exactly what I had in mind and am very satisfied with his service. Landry is a hard worker, goes above and beyond my expectations. Mahalo Landry, and excellent job!

Called Steve's plumbing on November 6 and told them I needed some work done in my home. They sent Michael on November 7 to inspect my home. Michael came and introduced himself he was very friendly. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me my estimate and said he be back tomorrow at 9am. Michael came on time and did my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, my pipes and outside faucets.

I am so happy with the work Michael did he made it look excellent. Michael also explained to me how to use my new kitchen faucet. Michael did a excellent job. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly and said if I need anything else done just call. You have a excellent employee. I will be calling Steve plumbing from now on.

The biggest mahalos ever to Cy McElroy for handling the emergency plumbing repairs (on Kauai) for my rental. After seeing the work he and his team did I knew I wanted him to handle the plumbing jobs in my own home. I requested him for my job and got the same outstanding, impressive work. Professional, on time, knowledgeable, great work ethic! I will request him again and again for all of my plumbing jobs. Thank you, Cy!

This is the third time I have used Steve's. Harley was on time, very courteous, and professional. He knew immediately what the problem was. He explained what he would be doing, and gave me an estimate. He worked efficiently, and was done quickly. He took the time to ensure that the problem was addressed before finishing up. I really don't know if they are pricey, as they are the only plumbers I have hired. I'm going to assume that their prices are fair. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Matthew Gillander came to fix a burst leak in a 65 years old pipelines. He had the estimator come at my request to see what changes were needed as part of the house already had the newer copper pipes installed as remodeling was done. Matthew and his team did a super job and all workers explained what they would do as well as what was done when finished. Cleanup was done before they left. I am satisfied with all the work that was done as I knew it was time for the changes. Thank you Steve's Plumbing for your excellent crew.

Michael was able to come out the same day. He was super helpful and explained all the things to me (without mansplaining!). He even offered to do a free home inspection because he was familiar with the age of the systems in my neighborhood. Luckily the pipes got a clean bill of health and I got peace of mind. My new favorite plumbers!

Levi and Ryan Daniels did an excellent job on our bathroom sink that gave us issues for months. They were very informative on what was wrong and what we should expect once they got to work. Their service was fast and efficient and they both were very courteous and professional. We will definitely go with Steve's Plumbing again in the future.

We had a water/toilet issue happen over the weekend and we're really nervous about being able to get a company to come help us out. Steve's plumbing was not only open 24 hours, but were extremely kind and helpful, ensuring us they would be able to come out on the same day to look at the issue. So very thankful to Brian who came out to check my recently installed water heater when the water leak alarm came on. There were no visible leaks during his inspection; he shared that it was a faulty alarm. He said he'd put in orders for new different alarm and deliver it when it comes in. Not long after he left; I get a call from Brian saying he found a better alarm and offered to come by and install it. That is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. I wasn't expecting a new alarm today, but what Brian did was professional. Thank you Brian!

#1 The plumber who came to my apt was Michael G. I cannot be more pleased. We had a stopped up toilet and he fixed it quickly and ensured it was working perfectly. He came early (thankfully) and diagnosed issue, fixed it, picked up after and was gone in no time. Totally recommend Steve's and Michael in particular. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #2 I need to add to the review above done a few weeks ago.

I had another issue with the same toilet (being stopped up). When I called, Steve's sent out another tech to help me out. When he got here the toilet seemed to be okay and was flushing all right. Kris T then described what he thought was the issue (probably too much toilet paper and a pretty thick brand). He even showed me how a small handful when wet of this brand was so thick and could easily clog my particular toilet.

He was so helpful and informative. We will be much more careful with the amount of paper and the brand in the future. I was so appreciative of his guidance and help. This is a company that has really wonderful plumbers that care about their customers. Again, recommend Steve's Plumbing.

I was in a pinch and I called Steve's plumbing and they were able to get me an appointment that afternoon! I was super grateful! Sunny was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful and answered any questions we had. He's a great plumber with the expertise needed to fix any situation! I'm extremely grateful!

5 star service form Kevin. This was our first time using Steve's for annual AC cleaning. We had the option of having a complimentary plumbing check because we signed up for the annual gold plan. Awesome service and Keven and his partner was so respectful and down to earth. Excellent job guys.

Corey Adams was excellent. He explained everything up front, let me know what my options were and let me know what the cost would be. He was friendly and efficient. Had the job completed quickly. Corey was true to what the TV commercial had me expecting. Put in my request online yesterday and they were here the next day. In fact they gave me an option for the same day and the next morning if I wanted. Fastest service ever.

And I should also mention the dispatcher who kept in touch with me through the whole process including calling me up offering me earlier times if I needed it. I'm sold on Steve's plumbing!

I called for service early evening and Charlie H. arrived within 45 minutes. He was very professional and cordial. He thoroughly explained the different options I had for the the type of work that I needed to be done. He talked through the work while he was doing it and also told me what to do for future problems or issues that may occur. I really appreciate their service at that time of the night and how he completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely call on Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service again for any future problems I may have.

Technician Corey came over to give estimate on repairing dripping bathtub faucet. He was friendly, very knowledgeable. Will update review when repair is done next week. Repair is done! Fast! And tech Corey, was fun to talk story too, while he worked. Great guy!

We called Steve's plumbing when we had an emergency with the water from washer draining poorly in my condo. My plumber (Paul S.)was able to arrive at the unit within 30 minutes. He conducted the repairs to the washer drain pipes quickly and at a good price. I am very happy with the service!

Brian and Justin did an amazing job replacing our 2 toilets. They were so friendly and quick. They worked really well as a team and made the process so seamless. Lyle and Daniel installed a new water heater and changed a few older pipes for me. They also recommended my water pressure regulator needed changing due to age.
