We had an exceptional experience with DJ from the On Time Experts repair service! DJ was prompt, courteous, and efficiently resolved the issue. I highly recommend his service for anyone needing reliable AC repairs!

We had Kevin out to our home to replace our water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done in a timely manner. He was a great tech and would highly recommend him.

Alex and Eddie were great, they really were on time. They got right to work, and kept me informed of every step. They didn't try to up sell me on something I didn't need.

Kevin arrived at my home on time and with a smile. Kevin got to work immediately checking all parts of my water heater to ensure that we had no leaks. Kevin also went into the attic and checked the gas lines for my furnace to give me peace of mind that there was no additional concerns. The on time experts have exceeded my expectations above and beyond I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.

This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

Charles explained everything so that I could understand the entire process, including financing, not only was he professional and personable, he was helpful in pointing out other issues that had nothing to do with what he came for. He went above and beyond. I know that I am 100% in good hands. He will be coming back this coming Monday to do the testing and I look forward to doing business with On Time Experts.

Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

HVAC system. The young man was wonderful. He explained everything to us and showed us what needed to be done. He even offered to help us with anything we needed done. His job is all we needed. He did a great job on cleaning our coils. All of your HVAC and Plumbers have been so gracious. I definitely liked the young man whom was here today.

ERIC, was my technician who showed up, on time, after two prior communiques by OTE customer service confirming his arrival (impressive in itself) Eric respectfully introduced himself and went straight to work, donning "courtesy booties" to prevent mud-tracking in my house, and started dismantling my indoor HVAC unit. He showed me the dirt/dust build-up on the motor housing, etc and took it outside to rinse it off (minus the motor itself) Then he checked the rest of the interior unit components for 'wear & tear' etc and gave me intel on those parts.

When finished with that task he promptly went outside (with my garden hose in hand) to rinse out the exterior system unit and also perform a maintenance check on all parts and components outside. I didn't "check up on him" during his service, but certainly trusted that he was being thorough and complete in his work, knowing the good reputation of the On Time organization.

He did turn on the unit for me before he left to let me see/hear how it was running and it seems to be operating optimally. Upon his departure Mr. Eric shook my hand and gave me a company brochure with his direct number on it, in case I had any specific questions pertinent to this call. All in all it was a very pleasant, professional, positive experience and I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends and contacts I have in my community. Thank You

The on time experts came out and swapped out both of my toilets. Joe and Christian did an amazing job. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Great guys and great work. The service I received today was legendary.

I had the privilege today to be serviced by Jerad, he was very detailed, explained, and educated me on a lot of the issues. Jerad is a wonderful tech and an asset to your company. He even offered to help me around my house, now that's a five-star service.

As a first-time user of this service company, l was very impressed. Justin, the service person is extremely good: knowledgeable, precise, and works very quickly. He is also polite, respectful, and willing to answer questions with explanations of what is being done and why. I definitely would consider myself as satisfied and would use this company again if needed.

Aude was great! He was stepping in to a repair already in progress started ny Charles. We had to order parts to finish the job. Charles and Aude had great communication so there was no confusion. He installed the parts quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also worked with Lily on the office, she was friendly, smart and efficient. George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. On Time Experts were professional, fast, and provided the best service I've ever had from any repair company. I had my a/c go down on Thursday night. They were able to send a tech out an hour after calling. He was professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and was able to get me back up and running shortly. I have an older unit so he was honest about potential issues I may face in the future and did a great job explaining everything. Couldn't recommend enough.

Same day service, with friendly and informative technician (Collin), cleaned my outside unit while we waited on sales person. Greatly appreciated! Receptionist very pleasant and polite, Comfort Expert (sales, Jeff S.) made replacing my 20 year old furnace slightly less painful. Not pushy, just providing cost. Installation crew polite and mindful of surroundings carrying unit in and out of very hot attic. Not sure about value, as I did not call around, just wanted it done. It's HOT. All in all, a favorable experience!

Troy went completely above and beyond with assisting our family when we had A/C issues on a 106 degree day. Troy provided assistance even on his day off, then followed up the next day to confirm we were good. Justin arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue with our air conditioner and replace the failed part quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. On top of all that he has a very positive attitude even in this heat! I have always liked On Time Experts and Justin makes me like it even more.what an asset!

Joey and Gilbert with On Time Experts truly were the experts we needed! They arrived ready to listen to the concerns going on, actively walked me through how they could solve the issue present, and then continually updated me with any other concerns that came up. They were both so personal and professional, and they were able to share some of the other great services and promotions that On Time Experts offer. Joey got us signed up with their Randy's Hero's program (for Veterans, First Responders) which allows us to become members with great benefits! All around, the services provided were excellent, and the customer service went above and beyond!

My husband and I own a Roofing and Construction company and have our own contractors that we use for HVAC issue when roofing however I have been so impressed the On Time Experts that I called them and have been pleased with their service. On Tine Experts calls me when it's time for a check up on our units and reminds me 2 times a year. Wow their customer service is way above and beyond.
