Gerald Largo was the best technician that was sent to my house since 2019. He is what I call an expert. He is polite and something you don't see today as a thorough hard worker. I rate him a 10.

Called the day of an issue and they were able to send a technician out within 2 hours of calling. Pricing very reasonable, communication was great with the technician sending photos and videos of the issue. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

William did a very good job of servicing our AC unit. He went through the entire system. Made recommendations which were helpful. Because of his professional behavior we opted to sign a service contract which was a good value Service:HVAC system maintenance

Osvaldo was fantastic, we cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient and professional throughout his time at our home. He had our AC back up and running in no time at all. I would definitely recommend and will return for any future repairs. So this is the second experience we had with this company and Gerald was our technician. Emergency Air provides a great service. The tech that came and serviced my a/c Tommy, was knowledgeable, personable, & hard working with great communication. He is a great asset to the company! If all your techs are are trained the same. Emergency Air is league's above the rest!

I manage several properties throughout the valley and always can depend on Emergency Air. They have a great system where they keep me as landlord informed of what's going on at all times while working with tenant to schedule an appt that aligns with their schedule. I highly recommend GERALD, if you can get on his schedule! Gerald shares photos/videos, takes the time to answer questions and provide updates on/evidence of system performance.

I was concerned about the capacitor failing on a tenant and he took the time to contact the manufacturer to see if we could get it covered by the warranty, since it was falling far out of spec. I appreciate him going above and beyond to keep our system healthy, lengthen its life and keep our tenants cool and safe. He knows his stuff!

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars. Fernando provided great service. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and that he would take pictures and share with me. I was welcome to observe him if I wanted to watch what he was doing. He explained the issues he found and provided options. He took care to make sure my home was clean when he left.

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars for the Hero program. I was not aware of the program when I called for service. Fernando explained the program to me once he was on site. What a wonderful service Emergency Air provides to veterans.

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

The service was professional and courteous but the technician kept repeating himself and heavily insisted that the entire unit be replaced. He was very nice but it felt more script driven and I didn't really feel much of the human side of it. Technician said repeatedly that he wouldn't be surprised if the AC unit broke as soon as he left which made me feel very skeptical. So far it blows cold. Fingers crossed. Good service

On September 7 2023, late morning, I had a fantastic experience with Emergency Air service technician, Jonathan Palermo, who visited my home for a condenser unit cleaning and system inspection. Jonathan was incredibly attentive, understanding, and helpful. Not only did he address my AC issues promptly, but he also went above and beyond to fix my garage door problem which occurred that morning.

I'm so glad we went with Emergency Air! There were so many to pick from and believe me we did our research. They were very thorough on my one year anniversary visit. Ryker took pictures of the specs for my unit and the actual readings from his gauge to show me my unit was in compliance. He put plastic covers over his shoes when coming inside. He explained I had no insulation in my attic and sent me estimates for the work using different grades for foam or fiberglass.

I'd like to thank Marina and Maria for handling the scheduling and updates on my appointment. Truly a top notch company with excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their a/c unit.

My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I've ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I'm sure glad I didn't. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

William came to our home yesterday to do regular maintenance on our heat pump, and he was great! Communication with the office when our appointment was scheduled and about William's arrival time occurred via text and telephone and was very timely. William was repectful and professional, and he took many photos during the servicing of our unit which he used to show us how our unit was functioning.

We have never had such a thorough explanation about the health of our unit! William told us about their Heroes Program which provides regular maintenance visits twice each year. We are happy to be supporting a Veteran-owned company which truly seems to care about their Veteran customers!

Last week I was on my couch watching t.v. When I noticed I was perspiring? I went to check the temperature in my home which I keep at 76, the thermostat read 90! I did a search on my phone & found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call & within 90 minutes a Technician was at my door. I want to thank Emergency Air for coming out to repair my unit on emergency notice. It was an unusual repair, but Pat was able to get the unit back up and running in the 113 degree weather same day! My AC stopped working early evening on a Wednesday and Emergency Air was able to get a technician to respond within a couple of hours. Pat was professional, performed a thorough assessment and provided me with detailed feedback on the issue. He got us up and running again and we are very thankful. Emergency Air always provides great service and friendly technicians. I've been a satisfied customer for several years now.

Worked with Rich Delancey on this job, he was kind and professional, and quickly got the issue diagnosed and repaired. He has recommendations for keeping my unit running well and answered all the questions I had. Best service ever! Gerald is so knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining everything to us. He gave us peace of mind to make Emergency Air our AC company. We enrolled in the preventative maintenance program mainly from the trusting relationship we felt from him. As a small business owner I would want all my employees to be just like Gerald.

Exceptionally professional. Courteous. On time. Knowledgeable My A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn't tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call.

I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again.

After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service

Gerald Largo was our maintenance technician. Gerald did an exceptional job at explaining each and every detail about our air conditioner and the work he was doing. His friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Gerald took before and after pictures as he was explaining what he was checking.
