Tucson Plumbing did all the plumbing in our new house in Tucson in 2021. Everything they did was top quality. The owner, Chris, even took the time to give us advice on water softening. Tucson Plumbing and Heating did great work on a new water heater instal today. High quality Bradford White unit. Also installed a bunch of angle valves. Both jobs are critical to your home. Adam was sent out on an emergency call, so missed our scheduled time, but we were notified in plenty of time, by both the office, and later contacted by Adam. When Adam finished the emergency call he contacted us, and said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived, went right to work, and had our water heater up and running in less than one hour (we were having the anode rod replaced). Very happy with the service, and the service provider! Adam was enjoyable to interact with, and had the skills needed. Thanks, Adam!

He described the order and scope of the 4 items we needed fixed. Twice there was an opportunity to charge more and twice Ron and Chris came up with cost effective options.
