The Night before Thanksgiving I had a sudden plumbing issue and Gabriel picked up the phone when I called flotek. In a nutshell him and Miguel came to my house when they said they were Going to be there and when they got to my house did a fabulous job fixing the issue, answering all my questions and being awesome in every sense of the word I don't know how else to put it.

This company really helped me out with bad pipe fitting I was told from the first plumber I. Called that they would fix for 1800 I could not afford that with just one income so i did a Google search called this the plumber the gentleman was very nice and helpful and was charged a lot cheaper price then the first plumber. outstanding job I will from know on olny call this plumber because he did a wonderful job and for a lot better price from the first plumber I called. Gabriel was the epitome of professional. I can't say enough about him and the company. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of my phone call, and how honest he was with me. He took the time to test the system, while I was watching, so that there was complete honesty. Gabriel shared with me some of the issues with my system, and made recommendations on how to fix and improve my sump pump plumbing. He fixed it in a very timely manner, left my home extremely clean, and was very professional. I'm a super happy customer and I couldn't be happier.

I used Flotek to take care of an issue I was having with the shower in our upstairs bathroom. Gabriel came out that same day and had it diagnosed and fixed in a relatively quick time. He was very professional and polite, and he even took time to listen to some of my elderly fathers War stories. I would definitely recommend them!

Flotek saved our basement and I'm very pleased with their service. We've had a lot of rain the last few days and our sump pump stopped working and water was starting to come in to our basement. I called 2 other places and just to come out to look and give us an estimate on a Sunday afternoon they charged a fee and couldn't even commit to making it out to our home the same day.
I called Flotek for the first time and I was was impressed with their level of professionalism, experience and demonstrated expertise in the work they performed for us. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Upon arrival they covered their shoes to ensure our home wouldn't get dirty, he assessed what we needed and gave us options. Options that were affordable.
They did a nice job, respected our time and more importantly our home by ensuring their shoes were covered and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Gabriel took the time to answer all of our questions and explained things to us in terms that we'd understand. Once we decided what we wanted to do, he explained what he was going to do and he quickly started working on it. Flotek did a great job for us and I recommend them because of their overall performance from a customer service, cost, quality, efficiency, expertise and professionalism perspective. I am grateful and will call them for any other service needs for our home.
