UPDATE: I was contacted promptly after leaving my original review and Steve's came out the next day to clean our carpets again. The 2nd time the carpet looked much cleaner. The seam is still an issue but not really their fault. Professional and courteous service. ORIGINAL: I had an onsite evaluation about having our main floor carpet repaired, stretched and cleaned following a water leak.
The initial visit was fantastic and the team was really professional. However, I was disappointed that the seaming of the carpet did not turn out better and that several areas did not look much cleaner after the service.

Steve and Nate did a superior job. They made sure there were no dripping hoses, used corner protectors to prevent hoses from damaging walls, and were very professional in both their work and demeanor. Second time with Steve's (last time a year-plus ago, and tenants with multiple pets prior to that visit). So friendly and helpful! Listened to my concerns about pet odors and were sure to explain their process. Easy to schedule. On time arrival and reasonable work-time for a 2br, 950sq foot apt. Wow what can I say. Steve's really helped me out. I had such a great experience from convenient scheduling and adjustments to confirmation contact and an anticipated arrival call.
