888 Heating & Air Conditioning replaced the furnace and air conditioner three years ago and I purchased their maintenance plan. Jeremy just completed the annual maintenance for my furnace. He's so thorough and explains everything he's checking and what the results are. Great Service! Great company with great employees.

Our 888 technician Ian B. was extremely professional & did an excellent job of quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue we had with our a/c not staying on long enough to properly cool our house. Within 20 minutes he ran tests determining the a/c unit itself was working great and asked questions which led to our issues not being related to the a/c unit but caused by our having an older thermostat controller which we made the mistake of keeping after our new a/c was installed by 888 as well as our having several a/c vents closed likely causing our year old a/c unit to shut off prematurely which it is designed to do when air circulation is too restricted. He very clearly explained the issues then replaced our thermostat with a newer model. Thanks Ian B. and 888 for your valuable expertise & customer support.

I recently hired 888 heating to perform maintenance on my heating & air conditioning systems. I received multiple bids from leaders in the industry. I decided to go with 888 Heating because Matt was extremely professional & didn't just give me a quote for the maintenance, he was the only technician to figure out why my furnace was getting so much dirt in the system. Matt went above & beyond cleaning the system & fixing the root cause. 888 Heating was also a great value, their quote was as much as a $1,000 less then some other companies.

I called 888 in a pinch. I had a Goodman furnace installed 2 years ago that was having trouble lighting the burners. After calling the company that initially installed it (and they told me that they would not come out to look at it) that is when I asked around for references and was referred to 888. Mark was sent out to have a look after a 3rd company gave me a quote to replace the entire system as their solution.
Mark met me at the house and listened carefully as I explained what the system was doing. We couldn't recreate the problem of the furnace not lighting but he made recommendations based on what he did observe to get everything optimized. The next day, him and Bryan replaced a section of the flue which had a belly in it and replaced the drain kit for the system.
The following morning, the furnace wasn't lighting again. Since it was a Saturday and it was a mild weekend I was not concerned that a technician was unavailable to come before Monday morning. Monday morning, Bryan was dispatched to have a look. He methodically went through the system (with me sitting there and asking questions the whole time) to diagnose what was going on.
He made 3 separate trips to the parts depot to replace the speculated failed components of the furnace. On the 2nd trip back, Mark came with him to assist with troubleshooting. The end result was a furnace that was not installed at the right pitch to drain water properly from the unit, which triggered a shut off switch. While other companies would have done the work on their own, not answered my questions and charged me for every singe part they installed in the unit as a troubleshooting step, Bryan and Mark ended up charging me for only what was broken despite spending an entire day making trips and repairing my furnace.
I could not be happier with the level of service these two technicians provided and have already signed up for my seasonal maintenance on both this an my A/C system. Thank you Mark and Bryan! I look forward to working with you again in the future.

The entire team at 888 was absolutely fantastic! I interviewed and received bids from 7 HVAC companies before ending up with them. I went with 888 because they truly took their time in the bidding process. They were the ONLY company to do a load test without me asking. The bid process took about 2 hours. The day of the install everything went very smoothly.
They took my system from 1985 and brought me right to 2020! The entire crew was professional and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. I am looking forward to seeing how the annual maintenance program goes with the company and will report an other review year on their progress. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor and want to save your time researching to find the right contractor I did the leg work for you. Go with 888!
