The entire process from start to finish with ABGD was affordable and very professional. Even better, they were able to fit me into their installers "rotation" despite being officially out of their service area which is a big problem where I live. Most places will service my city "main" but not my particular rural area of it. Others charge a trip fee almost equal to if not greater that the cost of the service itself.

My door was considered a special order so there was a few weeks wait but the install date set when I submitted the order was spot on. The install team had both my broken 2-car and non-insulated 1-car door down and packed away in less than an hour. About 2 hours later they had both new doors fully installed, tested, and had shown me how to operate them without so much as a small scratch or ding in any of the material, unlike what happened at a previous residence of mine (quick, but not damage free). Hopefully I don't need a new door anytime soon but if I do I'll definitely be give ABGD a call before anyone else.

Communication was great and the tech was friendly, professional and efficient. Came out same day to see if they could do the repairs. Unfortunately I required a custom-cut spring. So a replacement had to be special ordered. But the tech had all measurements done in minutes and had the spring ordered immediately. Two business days later, they had the replacement installed in 40 minutes.

I called on Sunday afternoon that my garage door spring had broken. First thing Monday morning I got a phone call and was told a tech would come between 12-2 to assess the repair. The spring was replaced and the door was tuned up and adjusted by 2:30. Michael was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. A Better Garage Door is in my contact list now!

Today was the second time I've used A Better Garage Door. The first time my garage door opener had died and they came out quickly and had it repaired. This time I had a spring break yesterday and they were at my house first thing this morning and the repair was completed super quick. We experienced a problem with our garage door opener and had a car trapped in the garage. We called "A Better Garage Door", they sent out their technician Michael. Michael made it out the same day he informed us after looking at our old opener that they didn't have parts. There were no parts for an opener as old as ours so we had to replace it. Michael told us the options and we chose a Wi-Fi unit.

He told us it would take about an hour, he was done with everything very quickly and it works perfectly! He changed out out everything the opener, the key pad, the sensors at the floor and the inside wall button. Thanks Michael. Very responsive with same day service. One of my two main garage door springs broke so I couldn't open my garage door. I called Mike and he sent his son in law right over. Great, professional service at a great price. My garage door is now working better than when it was new. I highly recommend this company.
