An update to the review below from last year. Discovered yesterday (Sunday) that we had a water leak in our main water line. Contacted Ben and Antonio arrived at 11:30 this morning and repaired the leak. Really happy with their service. Ben was recommended by a friend who is a realtor as her "go to" plumber. He fixed a variety of plumbing problems at our house.

He gave us an estimate prior to the job, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. His communication with us was great and the pricing was right on. Highly recommend!

Andrew Simons was very knowledgeable and explained the repair in detail. As a retired teacher had to decide by cost hopefully don't regret it!

Technician came on time and completely accessed the situation. His explanation was clear and he gave complete pricing. Upon my agreement with the plan, he set to work. Another plumber came to assist and in about 3 hours they were finished. I didn't have anything to clean up because they took care of everything. Plumber Ben came out to diagnose a leak in our yard close to.the house. He diagnosed this quickly and gave us a fair quote. After our acceptance the leak was repaired quickly

The consultation was thorough, they gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision since I had a non-standard sized toilet. They guided me through the process and, although there were issues that was not their fault (the place I got the toilet gave me the wrong tank), they took care of it for me and kept me updated throughout the process. My husband and I had a whole house water filtration system installed by Ben and his crew. They arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. They were all were friendly and courteous. I would most definitely recommend them to others and will most certainly use them again.

Zach Strickland was the most professional serviceman I have experienced in such a long time I was inspired to write this review. It was refreshing to know there are still good people out there doing a great service for it's customers. Zach was someone you felt comfortable inviting into your home as soon as we made contact because he is a good person and a professional at the same time. Zach explains and goes over what he is there to do to help you as a homeonwer and he was very respectful of our home as well. Loved the before text with Zach's photo and contact info. Zach did a great professional job installing for us 2 new toilets and 3 new sink faucets, we hated for him to leave, he felt like part of our family. The technician arrived as scheduled, as friendly and efficient. I asked for his advice on the work and he gave me a straightforward answer. I have used Ben and O&M twice: first to unclog my kitchen pipes and then to replace a water heater and expansion tank that were damaged by the freeze in February 2021. Ben, his office staff, and his team have always been responsive, easy to work with, and friendly. They happily answered my questions, let me know what to expect, and followed up in a timely way. Also, during the pandemic, they masked and took extra steps to ensure that we were comfortable with the work they were doing inside our home. Ben and his team showed up on time on both occasions, performed the work neatly and efficiently, and gave me good tips on a how to maintain my plumbing/water heater. On the water heater install, Ben actually came in under his original estimate. I would highly recommend Ben and O&M for any plumbing needs.
