Stupendous people to work with. My pool was in dire need of repair. I am so glad I chose Omni Pool. The folks at Omni Pool Builders exceeded all of my expectations. Staff and work crews were kind, courteous, professional, and most of all, were rapid in addressing my questions and concerns. As a retiree, time and dollars are a big concern for me. To my surprise, the replastering project for my pool and new filtering system was completed in record time and was very well within the estimate given.

Eveeything went as they said and while there were a few small glitches, rhey stepoed up and took care of them right away. If we had to build a new pool again, they certainly would be our first choice!

We have a home that backs up to a wash and has a small back yard and wanted to add a pool. Three pool companies had looked at the site. One said they couldn't do it. One said they would get back to me and never did. The last threw out a price between $150,000 and $200,000. We gave up. Went to the home show and thought I'd try one more time. Stopped at the Omni booth and spoke with Matt. Told him my story and he pulled up an arial view of my property and said he could definitely fit a small pool in our yard, which is what we wanted. Matt came to the house, took some photos and had some preliminary drawings shortly thereafter.

Several changes later we approved everything and signed the contract. All work was completed in a timely manner, after waiting for six weeks for the county to issue the permit. Our construction manager, Jon, did a great job and took care of any minor problems. Allysa kept things moving in the office. Justin did an excellent job on start up and explained things well. All Omni personnel and there subs were very professional. Very happy with the entire experience.

The pool project was daunting to say the least, but Matt, Jonathan, Allysa, and the crew made it go so smoothly it was amazing. And it was completed ahead of schedule (from what we were thinking it would take). We love our pool and are looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends!

We just had our old ugly pool & cool deck & yard redone by Omni pools, it was the best choice ever, Ventura, Megan, John & Justin were absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole crew did a phenomenal job! Omni Pool Builders and Design are a fabulous company, group of people and builders. I LOVE my new pool! Omni Pools keeps the homeowner is the loop, informed and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was provided access to an online portal for information and scheduling.specific to my job.

My whole team from Darren and Aaron my designers, Scott my general construction manager, Allysa my site coordinator and Megan who helped to wrap up the finishing items were very professional. Working with all of their experienced and skilled craftsman and contractors was worry free. My salt water pool only took 6 1/2 weeks from layout to pool fill-amazing, and it looks fabulous!

A big bonus for my new pool is that they include in your contract 12 weeks of pool service to get your new investment off to the best start. This is the second time that I have used Omni Pools on two different projects and their work and integrity continues to be top-notch. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

Amazing is the only word I can think of. We were looking around and reached out to Matt. But while looking around, we tried to save some money and time with DIY pools. But it was so not feasible with our work schedule and it was much more time consuming that we thought. Matt was not pushy at all and we reached back out and all I can say is every member of the team, from Alyssa, Megan, Jonathan and everyone else has been very helpful and it was so smooth. In a BLINK of an eye, we have a pool! Again, AMAZING.

I recently contacted Omni Pools when considering the removal of my inground swimming pool. Ventura Vargas, came out and explained the process and sent an estimate the next day. We decided to decommission our swimming pool due to having access to so many other swimming pools in Green Valley, AZ. The pool was built in the 60's and the heater was not working. The Omni crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, responsive and fun to work with. They went above and beyond cleaning after the pool was filled in. Ventura answered all of our concerns, was friendly and professional. Would work with Omni again in the future.

We are very pleased with all the work done by Omni Pools. Our pool and spa have somewhat difficult access but they did a great job putting in Tahoe Blue mini-pebble after a chipping out of the old plaster. Jim Dahnke was great juggling the scheduling despite challenges from the weather and, most importantly ensured timely completion of a very high quality pool and spa. We would very highly recommend them for pool update projects.

We had a small pool installed by everything turned out as expected we had great service from the beginning starting with Moises who designed a pool and onto Ventura who got us through the insulation and Jessica who is our communication clean at the office. Everything was seamless and though we were told in this market things would take at least a year they completed this project in less than 4 months. So far we are very happy!

I used Omni for swimming pool and spa and they did an amazing job. Can't recommend enough. They were by far the most supportive during the design process and had the best timeline for completion among all the pool company's I reached out too. Ventura was an amazing project manager and very responsive whenever I had a question or worry. Highly recommend!

From Roy Lewallen, who talked us through the whole process, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed our beautiful pool, to Scott Culver, the site supervisor, who oversaw every detail of the construction process, to Justin, who got the pool equipment up and running and so thoroughly walked us through everything we need to know about owning and operating a pool.

There were no corners cut. The quality of the equipment they use, and the talent of the subcontractors is top notch. The whole process from start to finish was done well under the time frame Omni presented, and we couldn't have been more excited to see our project done in mere weeks, rather than months. We recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools and Jim Dahnke, Renovation/Project Manager. We contacted Omni Pool Builders for pool repair and resurfacing. Jim Dahnke provided a timely return to our phone call with an immediate appointment. During our discussion, Jim provided a number of options, pool surface suggestions and cost discussions.

Once the contract was signed, we found Jim's communication to be excellent. We were informed about upcoming work scheduled, and each construction landmark was followed with a personal visit and follow-up phone call from Jim. We are very, very pleased with the working relationship with Omni Pools, Jim Dahnke and the final result.

Omni Pool did a fantastic job on a remodel of our pool. We had a rock water fall that had caved in and the plaster in the pool was heavily stained. Jim at Omni Pool help us decide on a better water feature and worked with us to provide exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and the care taken to make sure we were getting what we wanted was very satisfying. The work was completed right in the middle of COVID-19 which was challenging but they did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Omni Pool.

We chose Omni Pool and Design because they were very responsive to us as soon as we reached out to them. We then learned that they build a superior pool for comparable prices to other companies. They just finished our backyard and it looks amazing! The pool is exactly what hat we asked for with no surprises. We have also loved working with Ventura!

Every little thing we wanted changed he made it happen. Any little problem we ran into he fixed it, even when we were ok with the product he would go above and beyond to make it look perfect. If we add on to our pool in anyway we will be calling Omni Pool again!
