I highly recommend Eco Friendly Air. Tom was my air tech, he was professional, friendly and was able to trouble shoot my problem without a big bill. I went with Eco Friendly air for a second opinion after another company said I needed a new gas valve that would cost 960 dollars. The unit was only 5 years old. It did not seem right. I was able to talk with the Eco Friendly Air team and get a true estimate.
They responded quickly and professionally. Turns out I did not need a gas valve at all. Just a simple tune up. THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving me so much money. We will be working with you in the future for all our AC and Heat needs. Update : June 2022 Eddie was amazing. We had to have our unit fixed. They were fast, friendly and pricing was fair. Absolutely recommend!

I NEVER post reviews, but I had to for how awesome of a job Tam did after my ac unit broke down Tam was super thorough, he took his time to explain EVERYTHING, step by step, what the issues were and why - he offered recommendations on how to fix the problem vs. just trying to sell a new unit Definitely recommend!

I find it really hard to find a business that isn't trying to manipulate the buyer in some type of way, It's really nice knowing now that they're good businesses that are willing to put in maximum effort for a reasonable price. I really liked a worker Michael sams. He had great customer service and was quick to comprehend and fulfill my need to the best he could. I have to say that dealing with Eco Friendly Air was a very good experience. I worked in the trades for over 30 years and trust me I can tell when someone knows what they are talking about. After more discussion and telling him I have been without Air Conditioning for week due to the other guy who was hired by the home warranty co. I have ( but soon will not) because what they sell is not what you get.
Anyway on a high note the person I dealt hit the ground running and I had a new unit on my roof that evening. Very happy with the service, price and crew that did the install. Thank You very much and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a new HVAC unit installed last June by Eco Friendly, they were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and answered any questions that I had. There was an issue with the thermostat wiring that needed to be upgraded and they installed new wiring. The service technician Tam did the install and a couple of service maintenance calls and was always on time, he was very friendly and professional and paid attention to detail, telling me what he was doing and why. Technician Jorge Camacho also did service maintenance call and was also very friendly, professional and on time. Overall I am very pleased with Eco Friendly.

So happy I found this company on Yelp. They came out in a timely manner and gave me a quote to replace my dryer vent. It was old and a fire hazard, and needed to be up to code. George and Oscar came out and replaced my system. They were very respectful and efficient and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend this company.

Oscar and George did an excellent job of cleaning all my vents and ducts. They covered furniture prior to starting the work and were very much aware of returning my house to its clean state after completing the job. Phillip came by afterwards to check and make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. A recommendation was made to replace the ducts and pictures were shown of the work done and the work needed.

I really liked the 2 guys that installed the unit. The"GM"aka Phillip, was a tad pushy with us and I told him I wasn't going to be bullied into anything. We agreed on the price and we started paper work. The General Manager said he never made house calls but the very next day our neighbor called them for a quote and. what do you know, he's doing the estimate and house call. I think its a lame tactic. The price as I looked around was VERY high. But thats on us for only getting 2 quotes. Over all, they were great not a huge fan of the GM.

After reading countless reviews and receiving quotes from several companies here in Las Vegas, I selected Eco Friendly Air to do my HVAC update. First reason was simply response time (important if things go wrong down the road). Shortly after submitting the request for quote I was contacted by the company. The very next day they were in my home preparing a quote. Several contractors I requested quotes from took days to respond...not a good sign of future service. Eco was not the lowest bid and they were no where near the highest. They were offering quality equipment and their install practices where simply better than anyone else that made their way into my home. Customer service was/is very strong and again this is so important when investing in a new system to serve you for years to come. I am very happy with my decision to have Eco Friendly Air do my dual system replacement. Response time, professional personnel, quality equipment, advanced install practices, follow ups after install, and post 60 days our systems are running perfectly.

I'm a licensed engineer so I get it. I spent much of July out of town with the air conditioner turned off. Came home and it took a little while for the house to cool down (not unexpected) and a good amount of moisture from the evaporator coil in the attic (not unexpected either especially when it's humid). Just in case, I decided to call Eco Friendly Air to make certain that things check out on my 20 year old AC units. Called in the morning and Jeff arrived in the afternoon to check both AC units.
He ran all of the diagnostic tests that I expected; pressure, current, checked the happy caps, fan motor, and such. He also cleaned the condenser coils to make certain that the heat transfer is optimal. The perfect end result of this experience: Nothing, Nada. Everything is running perfectly. Jeff gave me the assurance that I will only boil off when I walk out the front door. Kudos to Jeff at Eco Friendly Air for doing the right thing.

Eco Friendly Air went above and beyond my expectations. Steve arrived about an hour after i requested a quote for my AC unit blowing hot air and not cooling. He was friendly and assessed the situation quickly. He determined that it was the motor that needed to be replaced. $550 later and i had cool air again! Now i don't know how great of a price this is but he fixed it and was quick about it. I recommend these guys. They get the job done!
