Tom, James, and Josh were awesome! Friendly, professional, and quick. Usually, during interactions like this, I stay on the sidelines tight-lipped. These guys had a great demeanor, which made being quiet corny. Very engaging team to say the least. We are very satisfied with the service, and will be reaching back out whenever we need removals. Miguel and crew were excellent! They easily maneuvered a large & bulky sofa out of our apartment and down a stairwell. Miguel also called ahead and gave me a more exact arrival time. Compared to a business I used in the past, Junk B Gone offered a very reasonable price. I also appreciated the quick response from the office manager when I reached out to the company. We would use Junk B Gone again!

I've been using Junk B Gone for over 10 years, doing haul-outs prior to remodeling projects when I'm preparing homes for sale. They are always reasonably priced, show up on time, follow instructions carefully (super important as often there are many things that do NOT get hauled away that they need to leave in place), and a pleasure to do business with!
