I am so grateful for this company. We had a leak in my house and, an astronomical water bill for an undetected leak. The service provided by Miami 305 Plumbing was outstanding. They were incredibly quick to show up for a kitchen plumbing job, arriving within an hour of my initial call. The plumber, Salvador, had a great can-do attitude even though the task was a bit tricky. Upon job completion, they stuck to their original quoted price even though the job took a little longer than expected. Overall, I am very happy with the level of service and quality of work. Great pricing and great customer service. They removed my pavers to find an underground leak and dug up a hole and fixed the leak. Originally they weren't going to place the pavers back because it's not in their scope of work but they saw how worried my wife was and went ahead and put the pavers back the following day. It was done super professional. Pavers look better than how they were before and my leak is fixed. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

I have a property in Kendall, and the tenant was desperate about a leak they had. I called Miami 305 Plumbing and not only gave me a very good price for the leak detection (I paid $300), but also got an amazing deal in the repair of the leak for what I just paid $350.
