Mike was not only courteous and nice, but diagnosed my oven issue immediately, repaired and was out in no time at all. They also came out very next day as I called late day before.

Mark, the technician was truly amazing. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure my dryer was functioning. The second day he returned with the part to repair the dryer but realized he didn't have a fuse, because by the end of day he had run out of them. He left my house, drove to meet a peer to get the necessary part and returned to complete the repair! Truly above and beyond!

I had a problem with ice maker not making ice and leaking water in an older Whirlpool refrigerator. Marcus came out the day after I called Appliance EMT and quickly determined the problem. He showed me where it was leaking then freezing over and over, showed me the cost of repairs and determined they had the parts. Since he did not have parts on his temporary truck he said the office would schedule a second visit which they did the next day.

Each visit had a 3 hour window. Marcus returned a second time, replaced each part and had ice maker working again quickly. I was surprised I didn't have to replace the entire unit since it was older. Prices were fair, service was friendly and efficient, plus no mess in or around my refrigerator. I highly recommend this team after my first time calling them.

We had issues with our ice make. Daniel came out. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem. He came back 2 days later when the part came in and installed it. Less than 12 hours later, we had ice! I would definitely use Daniel and Appliance EMT again!
