We contracted Home Platinum Services for a large restoration project after our home suffered damage from a winter freeze. The project involved the entire first floor of our house including flooring, cabinets throughout and bathrooms. The project was delivered on time and with high quality. I had a mold situation in my kitchen, living room and bathroom the root cause of which was a dishwasher that was leaking. As it was a big project and my first experience with a general contractor, I realized I had to do a lot of homework before I chose the right person. Compared to the effort and research that I had put in to find a mold inspector and mold remediation company, the effort involved in finding an excellent general contractor like Nima was substantial.

I had practically read each and every review of the three contractors that I had shortlisted. Nima is excellent in many aspects - speed of communication, providing solutions and options. He patiently answered many questions that I and my wife had before and during the project. He communicated with my insurance company and negotiated well to get me what was needed to get the project done.

He has an excellent team that has worked with him for many years. I also got some remodeling done at my cost during the project and so the entire project ended up involving a lot of professionals - kitchen cabinets, wood flooring all over my home, bath remodel - converting bathtub to walk-in shower, painting multiple rooms, can lights in the master bedroom, converting electric stovetop to gas stovetop and of course replacing my old dishwasher. Nima and his team completed the entire work ahead of schedule.

At a time when most projects get delayed and overshoot the budget, Nima finished the work before time and within budget. There were many times that Nima visited my home to monitor and review the work progress. We have received many compliments for the hardwood floors that I got installed. I know that any future home remodeling that I do will involve Nima. Nima is one of the best professionals I have worked with to date.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided that we were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. We did a Google search to find a remodeling company and chose Home Platinum Services because of its stellar reviews. Now that Nima and his team have completed the job, we are happily writing our own stellar review. Our new kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had imagined it would!

We are happy not only with the final product, but also with the process. Nima was a pleasure to work with. He was always extremely professional, unflappable, and accommodating. We had originally scheduled the remodel for June, but then in early May we asked Nima if he could move everything forwards by a couple of weeks. He was able to make that happen.

While his team was doing the remodel, we kept making small changes to the original plan, and Nima never showed any signs of impatience. We are planning to do some more remodeling soon, and we will definitely be asking Nima and crew to do the work for us.

I cannot thank Nima at Home Platinum Services enough. He remodeled my house after damage from winter storm Uri in 2021. The house was an absolute mess and Nima remodeled it and restored it to look even better than it did before. He was always available to answer questions and took any concerns I had into consideration. He was also amenable to any changes that I wanted to make even though the scope of the project changed over time.

He was also great with recommending colors and coordinating the look of the house. Finally, I want to mention that the Nima was great during an extremely trying time and major disaster in the Dallas area. Again, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

I was interviewing different contractors for a big remodeling project at our house when I was referred to Home Platinum Remodeling by 2 of my friends who had worked with them before and were very pleased. We have used Home Platinum Services twice in the last couple of months. First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. Nima and his crew were super professionals, exactly as advertised on most of the reviews.

He had an answer to all of our request and was willing to work with us always taking seriously our opinion. We highly recommend Home Platinum Services! Our compliments to Nima and his crews for all the work they did. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We gave them an almost-impossible timeline of two weeks (before Christmas!) and they delivered. All the subcontractors were very professional and timely. Nima checked on the project daily to ensure it was up to his and our standards. Really a superior job!

We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his crew were very respectful of our home and kept the house as clean and neat as possible. Nima was at our home every day to check on the progress and communicated very well throughout the process and stayed on time and within budget. Not only would we recommend Home Platinum Services, we plan to use him again for future projects.

Home Platinum Services just completed a major remodel of my master bathroom, master bedroom, powder room and laundry room. The results and experience were well above expectations. Nima, a degreed engineer, was outstanding from first providing a competitive quote, to developing a remodel design, to assisting in material selection, to managing the work progress, on a daily basis, until the project was completed.

Each of the work crew members were skilled craftsmen, who took great pride in the quality of their work and were very pleasant to work with. I would readily use this company again, and, in fact, have already requested another quote for my next project.

Our master bedroom, bathroom and closet remodel was completed on time (6 weeks total) and on budget. Nima and his crews were courteous, responsive and skilled at making our vision become reality. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures.

The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased! The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Nima and his team replaced the floors in 3 rooms (living, kitchen, and dining room) and re-modeled our kitchen top to bottom with new cabinet faces, granite countertops, paint and a hand built permanent hutch. We chose Nima based off of the reviews we read and can affirm that he takes great pride in his work. For us he managed all of his team to a schedule, was easy to reach via email, phone or text, and responsive to our observations for things we wanted to have touched up or fixed as the work went along.

I hired Home Platinum Services to renovate my 15-year old house. I contracted this company to: Refinish existing wood floors, Refinish textured walls, Install Travertine, Install Wood Floors, Paint entire interior, and Paint Kitchen Cabinets. Throughout the entire process, Nima has been extremely professional. He spent time to explain the various options when presenting the estimate.

Home Platinum Services remodeled our master bathroom. The level of professionalism, quality, punctuality, attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. Nima and his team with Home Platinum Services completely renovated our Master bath in less time than we expected. I'll be honest.my last experience with a bathroom remodel was horrible and I was so apprehensive to start this process. BUT.This was so the opposite of that last experience!
