Prior to the inspection I read the reviews, which were quite favorable. The tech was prompt, efficient, and very professional. However, what was most impressive to me was his honest assessment of my roof. Unfortunately there are other companies who would have provided false information in order to make a sale.

Professional and courteous. Assessment was accurate. Roof is in good shape. Not very old. When I need repairs, I will be happy to hire them.

Calls are either answered immediately or returned promptly, and by someone I could easily understand. Scheduling was timely, too. Ethan was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The estimate was done efficiently and thoroughly. I had subsequent questions; Ethan and Viktor were timely and helpful with their replies. The estimate is reasonable and I look forward to having the work completed shortly.

I was solicited for a free inspection. Time was set up, but when approaching the time, looked like the weather might be an issue. The appointment time came and went and I was called afterwards and informed of what I already surmised. A new appointment was set up, and the inspector arrived early. Nice guy and after his inspection was told everything looked good.

While they only checked roof after a storm, they were courteous & carefully inspected roof. Provided estimates for some other repairs but no high pressure to sign.

Roofing USA was fantastic! They came out and gave quote, then scheduled service date/time and completed the work perfectly. Great communications and service all along the way. The workers were absolutely wonderful and friendly and advised of work status and completion. They were very friendly and nice. Will definitely use them again.

There are many roofing companies to choose from in the Low Country of South Carolina where I reside. I would highly recommend Roofing USA based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and punctual work ethic. The roof installation went very smoothly and the final product looks incredible. During the installation, I received SMS notifications that updated me on the installation process real-time as it occurred.

These notifications made me feel very informed with minimal knocks on the door. All employees associated with Roofing USA were very professional including the initial salesman, the project manager, and the workers themselves. If you are searching for a new roof, choose Roofing USA.

Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us. We've made a new appointment when he'll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof.

If we end up using this company, I'll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback. Update: They have finished the job now and we're very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience using RoofingUSA over in James Island. Their inspectors met my insurance when I had a concern for a claim, and they were very responsive and thorough from coordinating, billing, to updates verbally and via text while completing the roof project. John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue, but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

John Burley was a fantastic representative for Roofing USA! He was very friendly and easily accessible if I needed to communicate with him. The roofing crew is crazy fast! They did the entire roof in one day! I'm still giving 5 stars even though a patch of grass in the yard was wilted because something was set on it in the extreme heat. That might have contributed to it.

Being able to get this done through insurance saved me a ton and John does a lot of the work for you. I would definitely recommend John Burley and Roofing USA if you are in need of a roofing contractor!

I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be. He communicated with the corporate office and made the necessary arrangements for next steps in the process.

John was extremely professional, very informative and was of great assistance with our insurance company. We have already recommended Roofing USA and John to our neighbors! I had a roofing company do an inspection recently and after about 10 minutes on the roof they reported "significant" hail damage and helped me to file a claim right away. I didn't feel right about the whole experience, so I cancelled the claim. Then John B. from Roofing USA shows up and I decided to get a second opinion. John spent about 40 minutes on the roof in 94 degree sunshine, and he reported my roof is in good shape and couldn't find any damage from hail. I appreciate his honesty and now I have a roofing company I can trust when I do need a replacement. Thanks John!

Jimmy Serrano was the agent I dealt with, he was informative and pleasant through the whole process. He made it easy to get this done. Even though my insurance company refused the first request, he went back to them with his information and photos and we got approval. He was on site during the installation. I am very happy with my new roof.

The day of the install, I got a text with a link so I could see exactly when the crew would arrive at my house. Throughout the process I received updates via text so I knew exactly what was going on! A tree hit our roof as a result from the Hurricane Ian. I contacted roof U.S.A. day of the incident they were out the next morning to assess. Quoted and scheduled repair and were fixed Within a week. Professional, prompt and very easy to work with. There was 1 mis-Que that they identified and fixed no charge. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tim made sure it was a great experience from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, the process, the cost, etc. Everything went as explained & actually finished a day early. They made the process of replacing my roof easy by walking me through the upcoming steps. Started by helping with the insurance company, the scheduling, showing up early on starting day and completed the job in a day and a half. The crew did a great job on the roof and an excellent job in cleaning up after completion. I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof, since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish.

They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. Cooper, Tim and the entire Roofing USA team were a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my new roof! If you live in Mt. Pleasant, have them come out and check to see if you too had hail damage from a storm that came through the summer of 2021. There is no charge for the inspection and you might end up with a brand roof for just your deductible.

From beginning to end, Tom Lang was there for all our questions and concerns. His knowledge and experience were valuable tools to complete our project. Any and all concerns we had he addressed. We even worked with him while on a road trip and prior to our flight down to our winter home. He gave us his all and we appreciate all his efforts. I just got my 20 year old roof replaced through an insurance claim due to hail damage. Roofing USA walked me through the whole process with the insurance company, quickly scheduled the work and got the roof replaced in 2 days. Although it was loud and messy for two days, the crew came back on the third day and did a thorough clean up around the entire house.

The roof looks great but of course it is too soon to know the level of quality (i.e. lack of leaks) until it has been tested with the weather. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Roofing USA.
