I had to close down an office in Southborough, MA. With only a few weeks lead time and no local resources to help, I was very lucky to find Northeast Office Solutions. They were very easy to work with on getting a quote and scheduling the job. They arrived on-time and had the office clear and clean within' a few hours. We are extremely happy we found North East Office Solutions, as we had looked around at other places for used office furniture and it was discouraging. They had just what we needed and it all looks brand new. Steve was extremely responsive as we made additions to our order and then delivered on time. Steve, Tim and Justin also moved us out of our old office and into our new one. We highly recommend them!

So happy to have found Northeast Office Solutions! Tim was quick and clear in communication, knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the right furniture. Don't expect a fancy showroom, this is a warehouse-style location, and you will absolutely save $$$ because of it. All the furniture was high quality and in good condition, I got an excellent deal on a name brand sit/stand desk.
I'd so much prefer to buy gently used or closeout pieces than cheapo stuff that falls apart easily. I wish I'd found this place sooner, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I bought a used Herman Miller Aeron chair from Tim. The price was better than all the other local used office furniture stores and the service was great. When I got the chair home and saw that the lumbar support piece had a crack in it, Tim told me to bring it back and he gave me another one. So, great prices and great service! Give Tim a call if you need any used office furniture.

We ordered 3 cubicles and 2 desks from these guys. They were able to turn around and deliver them to us quickly, which we greatly appreciated. They installed everything themselves and wiped down and cleaned the desks and cubicles before they left. We got a great deal with exactly what we were looking for. These guys were very friendly and accommodating and their banter was very funny to listen to as they were working.

We originally purchased office furniture products by browsing the warehouse. Central Mass Surplus sells new and used furniture. We've purchased both and the used furniture is in excellent shape! For well over a year we have purchased several pieces of desks, chairs and filing cabinets for all our 7 branch offices. Steve, Tim and their crew are professional and friendly and reasonably priced.

I came here to buy an office chair for my home office. Tim was good enough to meet me on a Saturday evening. They had a good selection of office chairs available, and Tim was very friendly and helpful. I work for a non profit in Worcester. Our office needed filing cabinets. Went to Central Mass Surplus. The owner and son were very knowledgable and respectful. We purchased 4 filing cabinets. They were delivered on time as promised. As a bonus Tim also came by a few weeks later to donate some file folders. Definetely will visit them again when in need of more office furniture.
