Critter Stop

We have a contract with Critterstop and something either on the roof or in the attic. Aaron performed a check of our attic and outside of home. He did not find anything in the attic but did notice fascia board pulling away. He not only worked on the most obvious part of continued down the wall. We appreciate the attention to detail and going beyond the minimal needed.

I called Critter Stop for a second opinion after another company quoted me in the 5 figures for the job. Jordan came out and was super polite and very professional. Took a lot of time looking and explaining things to me. The quote was significantly better. Phillip came out and did the work. He was also very polite, very professional, and explained everything.

He did a very through job and was again was so nice. Thank you to both for the honesty, and Phillip for the great work. I need to add that for both of the follow ups Phillip was back and was again so polite, respectful, and made me feel like I was a long time customer, even though it was less than a month. I hope to not have to call you guys again :-, but if I do, I know the work will be great.

Aaron did an amazing job, dude needs a raise, free lunches, and throw in a solid night at a gentleman's club for this guy. On a serious note, very respectful, attention to detail, and was early to the appointment.

My family and I had a very good experience using Critter Stop to address the possum that was trying to setup house in my attic. They came out within 24 hours of my call, gave me a fair quote, then did exactly what they promised. Crews were polite and thorough. I was kept up to date on all there work and the status of my Critter problem. I now have no critters, and all of the access points into my home are sealed. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Phillip did a great job, showed up on time and was diligent all day. He was considerate of the noise levels while I was working and cleaned up all the mess! My pets all loved him and I don't hesitate to recommend him or this company.

In a follow-up for our warranty purposes on the work that Crittersstop had done, Christian came by and inspected the attics and got up on the roof and checked all over and since some what looks like raccoon droppings were found up in the attic he suggested putting two cameras in the attics and scheduled a follow up. He was very nice and professional and although he had hurt his leg he was still willing to get up on my two story house. I had a good experience with him and the work they had done and believe they will stand by their word and warranty.

My experience so far with Critter Stop has been very positive! From the initial phone call to meeting with Jordan Price and Aaron coming to perform the work on the house. Everything has been done professionally and keeping me well informed with the steps that will need to be taken in the whole process.

Phillip did an excellent job closing out our contractual work yesterday. He removed the traps and raccoon droppings, fogged the attic, and reviewed all of the work completed earlier. The attic is secure again, with no uninvited guests, and we are very pleased.

So glad I did a diligent research in finding a company to help us with our critter issues. Unfortunately our attic presented mice problems and after getting various quotes from other places we opted to have Critterstop to do the work in our home. We initially met with Jordan who explained how the work will be done. He was very professional and very understanding of our needs.

The actual work was done early this week by Aaron and Devin as well as Christian who came to check on rat activity. All these people were super professional and caring. They were on-time, very careful with our home and did an outstanding job in sealing our property and doing everything that needs to be done. We are very glad we chose CritterStop. Update: Today Drew came to check for rats activities as per indicated on the treatment.

He was very professional by provided me with a detailed next steps with the treatment. Most of all, he assisted me in managing a very difficult situation with a neigbor and I am extremely grateful for his support. Additional note: last week CritterStop completed the treatment on our attic. We are very pleased and grateful to Phillip and Justin (father and son) for the great job they did in installing the new insulation around the attic and completing everything.

Critter Stop was quick and responsive since day one. I had a racoon in my attic and they had a plan of action to evict the momma and kits. Easy to get a hold of techs via text or phone for quick response. They did a thorough job and within days the racoon left. Thank you to James for doing a thorough check up in the attic to make sure the racoon and kits were gone and he finished up with sealing the soffits and setting up the one way trap. To all that assisted me, Jordan, John, James and Devin thank you for all so much! Will recommend Critter Stop to all my family and friends.

Exceptional Rodent-Proofing Service.! We are completely satisfied with the outstanding service provided. They sealing out our entire attic and roof vent to prevent rodents from entering our home. So far so good! Had a quote and appointment set and met within a week. Drew was our trapper and was very courteous. Explained everything very thoroughly and was considerate of my home and animals (not the ones needing to be removed!). After the first day I stopped hearing sounds in the attic so our squirrel intruders are already out. Will have the one-way door removed this week and will modify the review if there is any changes. :)

I just had my annual inspection done with James. He arrived on time, as very professional and performed a thorough inspection. After his inspection, he went over everything with me in detail and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend Critter Stop to others.

Critter Stop was one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They gave me a free estimate and explained what they would do about the hole in the side of my house a squirrel made. They not only fixed the hole but ensured no other critters were in my attic. The process lasted about 2 weeks. Everyone who came out was on time and I was kept informed. All were friendly and knowledgeable! So glad I called them!

I've used their services at 3 different properties, specifically for rats in the garage and attic, and had a great experience. They are kind and professional and most importantly, they get the job done right every time. Definitely recommend if you want a critter free home!

Christian visited our house to check on his efforts to remove squirrels from my attic. He explained what he was going to do and the reasons behind the actions. He went into the attic and carefully examined the camera and made adjustments. We noticed one squirrel that had left the attic, but was trying to reenter via the roof. Christian took photos and described how this behavior is not unusual. Great service -- I really appreciate how Christian took the time to explain what he was doing!

The work Jacob did today was beyond my expectations! I had a very visible part of the fascia on my home damaged by a squirrel. Once he assessed the damage, Jacob explained to me exactly what he was going to do. He repaired it in a way to also deter future damage. After he painted all of the repairs he did, it looks as if there was never any damage.

The repairs are flawless! I am so grateful for Jacob's kindness, professionalism, and his expertise. I could tell his character was beyond reproach, I am so grateful to have had his help today. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the repair process and how it would deter this squirrel. I also thank Lester who answered my initial call.

He immediately texted me after the call so I could send pictures, he then got back to me so quickly with an initial estimate. When you have an all star team consisting of Jacob, Kyle and Devin you cannot go wrong! They were professional, thorough and knowledgable. They were extremely patient with me, answered all my questions and walked me through the process to make sure I was aware of what was going on. They were great to work with and if I ever need Critter Stop again (I hope I don't) I would want them to work with them again.

I got a couple quotes on what it would cost to seal up our attic to help prevent rats/mice/squirrels from getting in.not only was critter stop a great deal, but their team was extremely thorough in sealing up even the smallest of access points. I also appreciated their follow up on removing the existing pheromone trails. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Phillip and Dustin were fantastic covering the multiple squirrel access holes in our roof and siding. We live in a wooded area and squirrels were taking over our attic. Now that they are out and prevented new entry, the next step is fumigation!

Critter Stop has always been very responsive to our needs and their work is good quality and very detailed. Most recently their tech Cory was out at the house doing an inspection after some work was done by another company and discovered issues with the other work done. He not only let me know of the issues but worked to correct the openings left and got the issue fixed quickly and with good workmanship. I highly recommend Critter Stop to anyone needing this type of service.
