I've used Prime Plumbing and Heating several times now. They're wonderful, super helpful, the work doesn't come cheap, but do you want the work done cheap, or do you want it done right? They'll do it right. I also want to shout out to Bradley and Brian. I've had the pleasure of both technicians. They're professional, good at their jobs, and go out of their way to help the customers feel at ease.
I want to also shout out to Megan who has likewise been an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a local company right here in North Denver is a definite bonus. They once even gifted us a thermos mug and home-baked cookies. No one else comes close to taking care of their customers the way they do. Highly recommended.

I had a leak in a short term rental property and the service provider - who I'm a member with - couldn't come out for 3 days! Prime got out there the same day and provided quick and honest resolve. Prime plumbing and heating is an amazing business with above and beyond service and customer care. I had my water heater go out and needed same day service as I have a special needs child. They sent somebody out that was friendly and made sure that my issue was fixed right away. They came out and were nice to my son and my doggies. I couldn't have designed a better experience.

Ray was awesome. He came out and fixed a clog in a commercial hot water pipe at our facility with in an hour of arriving. This was after having another company had come out for 8 hours unable to find a solution. This company is professional and they have Master Plumbers who know what they are doing.
