Lewis was a pleasure to work with. He helped us determine the best way to get tree branches off our house while saving the lines, shape & integrity of the tree. The service was prompt & professional. After reaching out to Happy Tree Service of Austin, an estimator was promptly sent over to get a look at the tree to be cut and offer what I thought was a very fair price. Evan, owner, knows his stuff. I met with a number of landscaping companies and arborists but Evan was the only person that showed an interest in educating me on my trees and creating a plan. We had some scheduling issues at first but that can happen with any company. Most importantly though, the work was great and Evan was very professional. There are a lot of arborist companies in Austin to choose from and I met with a few of them.

Friendly and professional staff, great service. I called them and setup an appointment for the arborist to give me an estimate. I agreed to the quote. I got a call a couple of weeks after for an appointment to complete the work. Staff arrived on time and were very quick and professional. I'll definitely be calling them again next year.

Lewis, the Happy Tree arborist, was professional and knowledgeable and followed up quickly with a very reasonable estimate for cutting down several dead trees and pruning dead branches from live oaks and cedar elms. The guys arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and carefully picked up all the debris before leaving. I'll be calling Happy Tree again!

I was delighted with the work Happy Tree Service of Austin completed for me. The crew removed a large fallen branch and trimmed additional branches from an Arizona Ash tree in my front yard. The crew arrived and finished early. They were professional and were sure that I was happy with the job before they left. I recommend hiring them for any tree service you may need.

I hired Happy Tree Service to look at a tree that was damaged after the ice storm. The tree is only a few years old and I didn't want it to die. Lewis came out and determined they could save it. I also had some very overgrown oak trees that needed to be pruned. They did an amazing job on my trees and cleaned up after they were done. The work was very professional and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Evan was quick to respond and come out to quote my tree removal. He was really informative and even gave me advice to care for my anacacho orchid now that it wouldn't be shaded by the tree that died/was going to be removed. Plus he was really friendly to my dogs so obviously I gave him the job. The team was great, came early and took down a massive tree so fast I couldn't believe it. Great company. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned up all debris. I gave them 4 stars because they did not communicate the time of service. The day, yes but came 2 hours early. For the stump removal, no day or time. It was fine for me because I'm almost always home. Actually, probably didn't need to be home for either operation but wasn't told that. Still would highly recommend!

From a thorough and accurate quote to trimming 20 trees precisely as described in the quote to hauling off everything including what was hanging from the ice storm, Happy Tree performed professionally. The yard looked wonderful when they were finished. Trees were well lifted off the roof, and Lewis was "Happy" to answer questions along the way. When I needed after pics for insurance weeks later, they even offered to send the operations manager out to snap some for me! Great company to work with!

We compared several tree trimming services and found Happy Tree to be fair and transparent in their quote. We had a few very tall sycamores and an Arizona ash that hadn't been trimmed since we owned the house. Even though it was their busy season, they were quick to respond, come out for a quote and get the job scheduled. Justin and his crew came in the time block they indicated, were quick, professional, and didn't hesitate to ask for clarification when they needed it. They cleaned up the job site like they were never there and our trees look great! We will definitely use them in the future.

I had an emergency in my backyard to remove a fallen tree and I googled and reached out to several local Pros. I also wanted to take care of trimming the rest of the trees in my yard. I had 5 of them come to give me a quote for the entire work. Happy tree service's pricing was the best among others and their quote and work order looked extremely professional with attention to detail.

Fabulous customer service and work for a fair price! The other 5 star reviews are legit. I had a 20 foot tree limb that was a couple feet in diameter fall onto my neighbor's fence and yard late at night. I spoke to the office manager the next day to schedule an estimate. Evan come out the following morning for a free estimate and then a two person crew came out later in the day to remove the limb and even out the break on the tree and then left our yards spotless.

Overall Happy Tree Service was awesome. Evan is super nice and was really easy to work with. He came out for a thorough and fair estimate. Then his crew was able to come out the day after I called to schedule the service. The crew was great. They came first thing in the morning to remove an old small dead tree, maintenance prune a big old pecan tree, and trim some limbs that were close to the house. They worked quick and cleaned up everything really well. They even worked around a bunch of string lights i had up with no problem. Will definitely use their service again.
