I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

I have had more causes to use water restoration companies than I care to admit. I have used several different companies over the years and have had excellent experiences and really terrible experiences. I have used 1-800-Water Damage twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service each time. They are definitely my first choice. Rob (owner), Max (Lead Technician) as well as the rest of their crew and office staff are the best in the business.

Rob is incredibly professional, timely and fair. We found some mold and water damage in our drywall behind an old entertainment center. Rob came out within 24 hours to inspect it and had it removed and remediated the same day. Also did it for significantly less than some other quotes we received for the same project. Can't recommend highly enough!

Rob with 1-800 Water Damage was great! We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom and they were able to respond immediately. They did a great job taking care of the situation and were very thorough to make sure the area was completely dry. They also worked well with our insurance to make sure that everything was completed to insurance's standards. Highly recommend!

My husband and I returned to our home in Colorado Springs after an absence. The water lines had ruptured, with extensive flooding on the lower level of our home. I called 1-800 Water Damage and with in a short time they were here to assess our damage. They are professional and responsible. They kept us informed with each phase of the clean up and demolition. I called a few places my insurance company recommended for a water damage inspection due to a broken water heater. 1-800 Water Damage offered a free estimate and came out same day. I was very impressed with the quick, courteous, informative and professional response from Katie and Max. I ultimately didn't have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim but if I ever need restoration services I would call here again. I let my insurance agent know this was a great referral for other homeowners in need.

Gary Rollins and 1-800 Water Damage are great to work with. Customer service is clearly a priority to them! It is nice to know that if I have a water damage emergency, regardless of what time it is, I can call the emergency number. Since this was our first experience with any water damage, we were very happy to have someone take time to explain what to expect from the mitigation to complete recovery, repair, and restoration. The floors throughout our house took a beating from traffic and equipment by all of the subcontractors, but I guess that's just how things are done these days. A conflict on billing was resolved with just one phone call. I think they really care.

I had a ton of water in my crawl space (clean space, so it wouldn't drain). It was practically a swimming pool. They came out quickly, were able to accommodate with the equipment.they couldn't bring it down the stairs, because they were damaged and couldn't hold the weight. They got all the water out and the space dried, so there is no moldy smell. I would definitely use them again.
