Justin and his team were amazing and so incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for us. They made everything seem less daunting. We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step.

He worked with us, and our tenants, to ensure they were comfortable with him entering the home (which was often considering the damages). He was respectful of our tenants' space, our wishes, and stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way. We would recommend 1-800 Water and Justin to anyone in a crisis!

We will be forever grateful to your company for sending us Jarad and his crew to work their magic on our soggy basement! It was a difficult day when our finished basement flooded and when I asked James our Mastercrsft plumber what I should do after he was done, he just smiled and said call 1-800-Water Damage.and his advice made it our lucky day! (so to speak) Anyway, we called the number and in walked Jarad and his crew.and they didn't just walk in.they all walked in smiling as they gave us reassurances that they could help us.

Oh my.they all were marvelous and with Jarad's expert guidance they did a wonderful job downstairs. They were always on time when they said they'd be here, detailed in what they did and careful with things that weren't water damaged. It was amazing to us all the cleaning steps they took to prevent mold and to dry it all up. AND the careful packing up of our things was so appreciated! Also, how would we ever have gotten out our soggy carpet or the furniture they put in the dumpster!

It was simply a well, well oiled machine that Jarad put into play with finesse and empathy! We can't say enough nice things about Jarad.he has such a wonderful, outgoing and caring personality and let me emphasize how important that was when we were so devastated over our losses. Amazing job! They came and went quick, they cleaned everything perfectly, and they talked us through every step of the way. The main tech Jared Church was great. Whenever he had a day off we couldn't wait for him to come back. He communicated everything clearly and did everything he could for us to be comfortable. He came to us when we were in a bad place and left with us happy and ready for what comes next.

We had a leak that we needed fixed right away. 1800Waterdamage came out right away. Assessed the area quickly. By the next day they had Alex and Cole out to fix the problem are. They were kind, helpful, and after they were done with the job you would have never known they were here. I would highly recommend this company and there team.

We had them come out after our dishwasher overflowed and the hard wood cupped and warped. Alex was out here quickly and took care of it! He explained all of the tools and machinery as well as answering all of our questions. They were able to dry out the floors enough that they went back to flat! We'll use them any time in the future that we have water issues!

After our water line to our fridge got a small pin prick of a leak, 1-800 Water Damaged came out and got us all taken care of. Laurence was our main point of contact and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what was going on inside of our home and with our project at all times. The water damage team did a great job in helping me after I had a pipe burst. They responded right away and were at my house within 24 hours to clean up the mess. Everyone has been very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them again if needed.
