Cape Plumbing just finished replacement of old cast iron pipes. They did a great job on our first house and we trusted them enough to hire them again on our second purchase. Elmer was awesome. His crew worked hard and delivered everything on time and within budget, including discovering and fixing additional problems once they were under the house.

Patrick did an amazing job on our install. He was very communicative before coming and had everything he needed before he arrived. Our pipe broke outside so we had to turn off all water to our house so this was an urgent job. Patrick was the first to respond to my call and he gave me a quote over the phone after seeing pictures of our problem. His quote was very competitive and even though he was coming from Tampa to Trinity he was going to make it sooner than all of the plumbers in our area. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family with plumbing needs.

First, when I contacted Mark about our plumbing needs he was quick to respond and very professional. Since this work was in a condominium Mark had to provide COI and his license. As Murphy's law would mandate.my tankless water heater bit the dust late on Friday afternoon! I have Cape Plumbing on speed dial, since they have ALWAYS come through for me over many years of home ownership and rental properties. I was able to purchase a replacement unit from my local plumbing supply store, and Tom was the superhero (with no Cape lol) plumber who was able to install the new heater the very next morning. We hired Cape Plumbing to install gas lines to four appliances in our home. I worked with the owner, Mark, to get the permit issued for the job. He was friendly, thorough and responsive throughout the process. The plumber who wrote up our estimate and ran the gas lines was Tom. Tom was prompt, informative, friendly and checked in with me about our satisfaction with his work a few times.

Our project was installing a new water heater but we also needed new water lines that had corroded going to the unit. (Our home is on well water) Michael V. was also the technician for us. Mark, the owner personally called me to discus my issue. He was professional and best of all accurate. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and like magic when he arrived for my repair his best guess of my issue was correct. He was able to pinpoint the grease buildup in my main drain line of a condo building, fix the problem and was very responsive/on-time and fast repair. Mark's company has good equipment and Mark is an excellent plumber. I recommend you call Cape Plumbing!

I used Cape Plumbing for the first time today. Michael showed up early and assessed my situation. I had new counter tops installed and needed to have the faucets and garbage disposal reinstalled. The new sinks were different from the old ones and Michael had to cut pipes and adjust the alignment for the faucets and disposal to reinstall. He gave me a hard estimate before he started and we agreed on the price.
Fair price. perfect installation, and guaranteed work for 90days. He had me inspect each job and wanted me to confirm I was happy with it. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing concerns.

Cape Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will use now. I found their name in the Best Picks Reports for Broward County a few years ago, and decided to try them. I am so happy I did. Tom, the last plumber they sent to my home, is the best plumber I've ever had. He was on time, courteous, conscientious and really knew his stuff. He installed a whole house water filtration system, installed two toilets, water heater and new faucet. I highly recommend Cape Plumbing and Tom.

These are the best plumbers! This is the second time they have saved me from disaster! They came out to replace my water heater when my old one was spewing water everywhere, and recently they replaced my old toilet (which was not installed correctly) with a brand new one. Their work is impeccable. Left everything spotless and working so much better than how they found it. Prices are reasonable, and they are just nice, nice people.

I called them this morning had an appointment schedule for today with no problem. They had a cancellation and called me to see if I would like to be moved up. We all know how desperate we are when your toilet is clogged and you have kids. Margaret was great on the phone very pleasant and professional. Had a clogged drain that was flooding my garage and causing the washing machine and kitchen to overflow. Spoke with the owner Mark at 9:45AM Saturday and Michael V. arrived at 12 noon same day. Cape Plumbing is the only company to consider doing the job. We called another company, the plumber came to the house and could not find the leak. There was a pipe under the house that the other plumber decided needed to be cut. After cutting it, he said that the pipe was old and he would have to replace the whole thing for $2200 and still couldn't guarantee that was where the leak was - it wasn't!
So after we agreed to pay the plumber for 1 hour, we were worse off and had no water. We called Cape Plumbing and told them our lengthy story. They said, "we're sending our best." They did! After dealing with this huge mess for an entire week, Thomas arrived at the house and within 10 minutes knew exactly where the leak was. Two hours later, Thomas was cleaning up and the leak was gone! Not only will we continue to call Cape Plumbing but we are requesting Thomas every time!
