I called 6, yes SIX other companies to come out and look at our a/c for replacement and William with Peterson was phenomenal. He was the only person to not push me to choose him and the only person who was incredibly informative about what was wrong with out system and everything he was going to do to fix it. Great service, excellent technician. Free repair estimate was a little misleading but overall very pleased with the work.

I had my bathroom tub and shower faucet replaced. The work and timing of repairs was not a problem. My only issue and this might of been my fault for lack of communication but I expected the shower head I had on my shower to be the one placed on the new shower.

Our home's sewer line unexpectedly backed-up at 11:30 am on a Sunday. Despite ten plumbing services stating they offered Sunday service, nine didn't.and the one that did was booked for the day, requiring an "emergency" surcharge if an opening became available. At 6:00 pm, we had to leave our home for a motel room. That evening, a neighbor, who owns several apartments, told us Peterson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drain provided the best service in town.

At 8:30 am, Monday morning, I called Peterson' and the owner answered the phone. She said a tech could be at our house between 2-4 pm. I accepted the appointment and thanked her. Much to our surprise and relief, one of her techs arrived FIFTEEN MINUTES later! He did an excellent job locating and removing the obstruction (roots). He scoped the line, showing us the intrusion, inspected the line out to the street sewer line, and offered many helpful suggestions to prevent further problems. Compared to other service providers, Peterson' charged a very reasonable amount.

I called to thank the owner for her EXCELLENT service, I learned she had bumped us up on the day's schedule when she understood we'd be in a motel room for another night if the problem wasn't resolved that day. We could not have been more satisfied! In my experience, one rarely finds that kind of service in this day and age.

We called Peterson Plumbing for help with our basement sewage pumps. Josh was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and fairly-priced. He answered my questions and happily taught me how these systems function. So while I don't look forward to more plumbing issues, I do look forward to working with Peterson Plumbing.

I own a rental in Grand Junction, but live in WI. I reached out to Peterson after searching online, and seeing some positive reviews. Was very impressed with everything start to finish. It can be difficult to orchestrate things from afar, but the gentleman who took my call was dilligent in taking time with my call, gathering information, and assessing the issue.

Lance was late but called well ahead to let us know. He got right to it. Unfortunately ihe could not finish the job, it was due to him not being able to get that part! Lance indicated he would have order that part to finish the job. He adjusted the bill to reflect he could not finish all the work at this time. He then gave us the option to order the part ourselves which saved us money!

He was professional and friendly and did his very best! He instructed us that when that part arrives to call Petersen Plumbing ask for him and he come and install that part! He gets 5 Stars from us! Well done Lance!

I can't say enough good things about Peterson Plumbing. We had bought a nightmare of a house and we had them do a-lot of work on it! Josh is an amazing technician who goes above and beyond. Good employees are hard to come by but no matter what guys they had at our house they all were professional, hard working and honest. Their prices were always fair and sometimes even cheaper than other companies. Highly recommend.
