Justin and his team were amazing and so incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for us. They made everything seem less daunting. We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step.

He worked with us, and our tenants, to ensure they were comfortable with him entering the home (which was often considering the damages). Where do I even begin to express how awesome this team is! We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. We called Mr Micheal plumbers they install a new pump, alarm and back up and then suggested getting 1800 water damage in to inspect the water damage. Alex, Jason and the team did a great job of removing our damaged drywall and flooring in the kitchen and basement, drying and cleaning the affected areas and explaining through the whole process what was being done and why. I'm glad the 1-800 Water Damage team was there to help us through the clean up phase of our water leak.

Sewer line break in the basement. A lot of sewage. So stressful until Alex, Shane, Robert and Cole arrived. Professional, courteous, hard working, friendly. The job they did was amazing! It's never a great situation when they have to be brought in of course but under the circumstances I'm glad they were the ones doing the work. Alex, Thomas, Michael, Jared, and Mac deserve a raise. We recently worked with 1-800-water damage after my 3 year old son flooded our bathroom which led to damage in the bathroom, a bedroom, and a large chunk of ceiling and wall in the basement. Marc and Kevin were absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with this crisis! They were quick to come out when we called and they were thorough in assessing the damage and making sure everything was dried out and taken care of. They worked with our insurance and have made this whole process so much less stressful. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Daniel Glenn and his team (Mac, Jamon, and Cam) did an exceptional job mitigating my water damage. Through no fault of their own, the job was delayed and ended up growing far past what was originally estimated. Daniel honored the original agreement and he and his team took on the enormous task of not only dismantling my entire basement, but also tending to the contents of my fastidious tenant.
