Ricardo assessed the damage and acted on it very quickly and well. He also discovered a leaking hot water heater that led us to a dangerous situation in the house that we weren't aware of. I'm more than pleased with their work and professionalism.

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage, Indianapolis Indiana, because they do everything to help the customer get back to normal following a disaster. They inspect, document, mitigate, rebuild and work directly with the insurance company. Called 1-800 Water Damage and Ricardo came the next day. He documented the damage with lots of photos and came-up with a plan on what needed to be done in the crawlspace and main floor. Rafael and his crew arrived cleaned-up water and mold in crawl space and removed wet flooring in closets, pantry and hall ways.

They set-up blowers and heppa filters in closets, pantry and hall ways to dry out the flooring and returned every day for a week to check moisture content of wet flooring. Ricardo provided photos and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim. Simultaneously, Geoffery was developing a plan on what needed replaced. It was very detailed plan divided into closets, pantry, hall ways with costs for demolition, reconstruction, painting and cleaning for each area. Levi took the plan and scheduled all contractors to do the work. Geoffery provided the plan and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim.

I can't say enough good things about the team at 1-800-WATERDAMAGE. Geoff has been so patient and transparent with me; I started out from a place of distrust and being overwhelmed with significant water damage from rain seeping through my ceilings while my roof was being replaced and a pop-up shower hit. Geoff came out the next morning after I called (even though it was a weekend) and has been consistently available even and kept up great communication about progress, timing and what to expect.

I felt after meeting him that everything would be okay. Ricardo was equally kind, responsive and professional for the water mitigation portion of the project. At first, I was really scared that there would be surprise charges for what my insurance didn't cover, but they kept true to their promise that I would pay nothing except my deductible. This is a great company. Everyone from start to finish were professional and friendly. During the reconstruction phase the crew did a fantastic job. Levi came by often to check on the progress and kept me updated. He was so kind and professional. I could reach out with any questions or concerns and he handled it quickly. We had water leakage from a faulty bathroom commode into the subflooring and down through to another bathroom ceiling downstairs. 1-800 Water Damage was here in no time to assess and effectively mitigate the damage, prevent mold and to dry things out. Geoff was helpful, prompt, and continued to check in throughout the process. This is the second time I've used their services, and they are fantastic. We want to thank the employees that took part in coming into our home after we discovered a leak the day before Mothers Day. The guys arrived with needed equipment to get the floors dried. We want to thank Justin Williams again. We interrupted his testing asking a million questions. Justin would stop what he was doing and answer us all the time respectfully reassuring us that this was all going to get better.

Although I have a lot of experience in home renovations, Ricardo and his team helped me expand my knowledge in dealing with water problems. They were super prompt and extremely professional! They dried out the effected area, and checked on it through the the process! We were very pleased. I did not know this but my insurance claims adjuster told me that remediation services were required for them to pay a claim. Hopefully I will not require their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

The 1800 water team was great to work with from the water damage clean up to completion of the rehab. Geoff Edwards was a great project manager and it was nice to have one contact for the entire process. Geoff worked with us and was very flexible to meet our needs around the timing of material delivery. Would definately use them again.

Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been great! We had a hot water line come apart and ran for about 4 hours. By the time we noticed our house was flooded but once we called 1800waterdamage they were out within the hour. They also came and checked in everyday and have experience with the insurance companies as well. We plan on having them do our renovations as well. Could not be happier

Geoff Edwards & the reconstruction team did a wonderful job sealing & painting my bathroom walls & ceiling. The painter was very friendly. He even went out of his way to repair some small holes in the walls and to replace the shower curtain rod when he was finished. I think I told Geoff I would like to have the job done on a Friday, and they arrived Wednesday morning at 8:00 & finished the job that day. Cleaned up afterward & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them!
