Advantage Inspection Service

I bought a new condo and had this service come out to my place to do a thorough inspection. I added a termite, visual mold, and pest check. The whole total came out to $539. A man named Scott did the inspection in 1.5 hours and was able to thoroughly explain his findings to me. The only foible here is that I paid for a pest check and there's an obvious fly problem in my balcony that was completely missed. Otherwise, they were helpful and on time.

Was very happy with Advantage Inspection we had a new build and the builder did not even have the home ready on the first appointment. We rescheduled after closing, and we found a good deal of items in need of repair or replacement. I am very glad we did this with Advantage. He was very through and will use again in 10 months prior to our one year. Highly recommend.

We called Advantage Inspection Service for a home purchase inspection and they were quick to respond and set up the next available service date. The results were turned around within 24 hours. If we had questions about the inspection their response was within a hour if not minutes. Very satisfied and would use them again

The worst inspection service that I have ever gotten. If you can call it inspection. More like take a glance and write a bunch of bs. Multiple issues were missed including several leaks and cracks that are detrimental to the house. I would not recommend this service at all and that say a lot since it's my 4th property in the 3rd state that I purchased in.

We had Advantage Inspection come out to do the inspection for our rental property, and Daniel was wonderful. He gave us and explained to us the detail info on each of the items he found. This was not the first time we worked with Advantage, and of course this is also one of the companies our real estate agent / friend works with, and since we trust him, we also trust Advantage.

Great experience! Our inspector, Chad was very professional and friendly. He went over the findings of the inspection in details and made sure we understood. We are happy with the service and highly recommend this company.

Daniel was very thorough. He was professional and quite patient with my numerous questions. He went over the report in detail, explaining all noted issues. He performed a termite and general home inspection. It's reassuring to know what needs addressing before I finalize my home purchase.

Our inspector (George) was great to work with. He took the time to explain his findings and we had his final report within the same day. He was also very flexible with repeated rescheduling due to construction delays. Would definitely recommend this company for home inspections. They seem to hire experts in the field and equip them with tools to allow for thorough, well-documented inspections.

Jon with Advantage Inspection Service was superb! We recently bought a new build and were concerned of what we may have missed home warranty wise as we approached our 1-year. Advantage Inspection Service was great to work with. Their appointment availability was great and the inspection itself was very thorough. They were able to identify things we were unable to look at before. Examples, roof tiles that were not put back into place at end of construction, broken frame on a sliding patio door, or water remants was in between pains of glass. I highly recommend Jon and their team for your future inspection!

We had a great experience with Jonathan as our inspector. He was thorough and honest about the things that needed to be fixed and things that could wait. He took his time looking at everything and testing. Then at the end we had a meeting to review all the findings. The inspection report was back to us the same day and had pictures with the 'action' items highlighted to help us complete the BINSR back to the seller. I would highly recommend this company.

Both times they were able to schedule the inspection based on my needs, they were professional; this time Curtis and his wife came out to the property and they were both fantastic. Very thorough and nothing in the review would "alarm" the seller. I will absolutely be using Advantage Home Inspection for all my home inspections in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the inspection experience with Michael Terrell. This is our second home purchase/inspection with Mr. Terrell because I specifically requested him, and ill do it again. I recommend you and my friends ask your Realtor for him directly.

Great experience with Steven as our inspector! Advantage was able to send someone at 2 days after our offer was accepted on our new home. He was very thoroughly, knowledgeable, and friendly! He was very kind, very thorough, and explained everything very well to help me through every step. They were also very prompt for scheduling. Very happy with the service!

Steve from Advantage did our inspection today. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection as well as his explanation of the results. He highlighted the key issues as well as the minor ones. We are well aware of where we are at and what we need to focus on to move forward and close. I highly recommended them.

I was considering purchasing a for sale by owner home. I had viewed it but was concerned that there might be condition issues the seller was trying to cover up. I was able to schedule an inspection the next morning. It was a thorough, professional inspection that revealed serious issues that the seller had tried to hide and lied about. The inspection, with photos and descriptions, gave me a true picture of the real condition and I ended up not buying the home.

I felt like they saved me money, frustration and aggravation by letting me see what I could never have seen on my own. From roof to foundation, plumbing to furnace and AC they provided a detailed report.

George did a great job with our inspection. Very through job. Even though we have a great builder, George still found somethings that need tightened up which I appreciated. George is very responsive and answered his phone every time I called. He communicates well and I felt satisfied for his service. I would recommend.

Alan Capista was the inspector assigned to the inspection order that I paid for as the buyer of a property I was due to close in two weeks. His thorough photos and documentation of each and every item was so informative and helpful. I don't live in the State where I was making the purchase and didn't have the advantage of seeing it first hand but Alan made it feel like I was there! I cannot thank Alan and your company for such great service and communication throughout the entire process!

The Inspector MISSED MOLD on an AC vent which was directly next to the attic access hole he used to inspect the air handler in the attic which had a full drip pan. I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction with the inspection and was met with responses such as "per the guidelines home inspectors don't look for mold. so this was outside the scope" and "you could have paid for the additional mold inspection." I paid $610 for the inspection and would fully expect an inspector to catch obvious mold below an already identifed as leaking air handler. Luckily, I caught the mold when I returned to the property to inspect the repairs on the air handlers drain pipe, but this did end up causing the deal to fall through. One would expect such a highly reviewed company to have better customer service and at least offer some form of recompence for their large miss during an inspection.
