This is the second time that I have utilized his services. He was prompt and professional in his approach, timeliness and communications.

We had two pipes burst in our apartment. Management was eager to fix them, but we still felt uneasy. We called Sunland when our children started showing symptoms of mold exposure. Mike was friendly and attentive, he answered any and all of our questions. We requested to have some mold samples done and the results confirmed several different toxic molds present in our unit.

With this evidence we were able to break our lease and move some where safe. If I could give a higher rating I would. I highly recommend this wonderful company for all of your home inspection needs.

The inspection only covers big problems as compared to most inspectors that will list anything and everything they see. This made it more difficult to negotiate repairs. On the up side they are all electronic and get you the report quickly (this is common though) I won't use them again
