A & M Garage Door Service

It was Saturday and my garage door went up but wouldn't come down. I called Garage Door Guys and they came within a half hour. Z diagnosed the problem, explained possible future service, serviced the machine and charged me a fair price! I will use them again and I highly recommend them!

We were very happy working with Z for our new garage door and opener. It was a no pressure in-person estimate (our other estimates were only verbal) and he provided brochures of different types/styles of doors to choose from as opposed to the standard plain or top windows that everyone else has. He kept in contact and we had our door in two weeks from giving the go-ahead.

We finally got tired of our old garage doors. We got an estimate from one local company that was sky high so we called Garage Door Guys after reading reviews. The owner called back and was quick to set up an estimate. He provided us various models and colors as options. His price was great. It took 4 weeks to get doors ordered and sent to him, exactly as he predicted.

He called and offered several days for installation. On the day of installation, they arrived early! (Imagine that!) The three were very professional, removed all hardware and replaced with new, heavy duty rails and hangars. The doors were mounted and openers installed. They ensured the doors were perfectly aligned and operational and helped me program the openers and the myQ app so now I can open the doors remotely and get texts when they open and close.

When they removed all their equipment, they even swept out the garage and cleared those spider webs I was neglecting in the corners! It was about 6 hours in total (and they took all old parts and boxes with them!) Very happy we chose this company for our new garage doors!
