I know they are bit expensive BUT so very worth it! The team I got has been a blessing to me and grandfather after the last tenant left the house with mouse poo everywhere! And I mean everywhere! Beware! They were late all the times I hired them but did an okay cleaning. The 3rd (and last) visit a new crew was sent. One of their team members told me she was new. Unfortunately, it appears someone sprayed a chemical on my cowhide furniture and ruined it. They passed me off to the insurance company who claimed I didn't provide any evidence. It was my word against theirs.

Please see the photo below. I went to two experts in cleaning and handling cowhides and they said it was definitely from a chemical. They tried to tell me it was from my dog sitting on it. The cowhide was less than a year old. Please know they did not stand behind their bad work. I only asked reimbursement of $300 to cover the cost of the hide. And it was denied.

I wanted to provide an update. Although I was totally dissatisfied with the way my issue was handled in the beginning, the owner made an extra effort to work with me and we came up with a resolution which I felt was very fair to both of us. So yes I did have an issue, but we were able to completely resolve it. I have updated my star rating based on a happy outcome.

The team did a great job. They cleaned exactly what I asked for, and checked with me before doing anything additional. They had a lot to do and did an almost miraculous job on the refrigerator. The bathrooms looked great, too. Services: Moving-related cleaning, General carpet cleaning

I was not happy at first because some things got overlooked so I called Terri at the office and she got me in contact with the field supervisor and they came back and fixed what was overlooked and they were very understanding and nice about it and I will definitely be having them back monthly and would highly recommend them. They were very professional and quick

I had a house that belonged to a hoarder relative that I needed completely cleaned, both inside and out, for real estate showings in a week. After contacting several cleaning companies, I selected MaidOMatic. They were great. They understood the time constraints and moved people around changing their schedules to meet my deadlines. They were in constant communication as to status.

The supervisor was incredibly knowledgeable about cleaning supplies as well as bringing extra tools (carpet cutter to remove some carpet strips and drill/screwdriver to remove some shelves) to do some specially requested tasks.

Excellent crew! Would hire again - 4 people took only 2 hours to clean entire house. Everything came out wonderful. They asked questions and made sure their list was accurate before they started. All were very friendly and professional. Recommended! Services: Deep clean, Move-out cleaning

I requested a quote through Yelp, sent a follow up request but never received a reply or quote.

Wow. This company is fantastic. They really came through for us in a last minute bind. We were moving into an apartment that was supposed to be cleaned. It was awful. They happened to have a cancellation and had people there within the hour. Teri was so helpful on the phone and even gave me tips (like pulling the filters out of the AC units), because if the place was left this bad, they likely didn't clean those either.

She was spot on. The four cleaners were amazing. They didn't waste one second. They were very thorough and paid attention to everything I asked about. They made the place as clean as it could possibly be. They quoted me 2 hours and were done a little early. I was there, and they said they were finished with the inside and could easily do the outside windows.

They wasted no time and cleaned those too. It would have been just as easy to clean a little slower and not add on new things, but they choose to keep cleaning, no dilly dallying. I've not seen service like this in awhile. Yexani, Joey, Aisae and Marlon were our cleaners. They were lovely and respectful, but most importantly-extremely efficient. We will continue to use their services.

(I'm in Albuquerque, NM, not San Francisco. I just don't know how to change the location on Yelp.) MaidOMatic cleaned my mom's house literally from top to bottom. This included ceilings, walls, tile floors and steam cleaning of carpet, mattress and furniture. This was an all-day job, from 8:30-5:30. There were two men and three women who came in with a mission!

Their price was very reasonable. Tami arrived with her crew and walked throughout the house advising what needed to be done. Her staff was friendly and polite. The house looked fantastic when they left. Thank you for a great job!

I'm not great at planning. I found myself in need of professional cleaning services *right now*. It was literally hours from closing and I needed my place to be clean for the buyers. I got lucky in that this company had a cancellation; normally same-day services aren't available since they're pretty busy. Anyway, Tammy and her crew came and made the place look better than I ever could or would have on my own, they were professional, super fast, and reasonably priced. Great experience.

Teri and crew at MaidOMatic came in to clean the after we had an unfortunate experience with a drywall contractor. The contractor didn't follow directions or basic practices to minimize dust and debris while they worked. Teri and her team did an incredible job returning the room to a nearly pristine state. They communicated very well with us before they started work and when any issues that arose while working. My wife was able to continue to work in an adjacent room even while the crew worked. We would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend MaidOMatic.

We've been a MaidOMatic customers for 7+ years and love them. They are dependable, friendly and professional. If we weren't moving we would NEVER stop using their services. Highly recommend them!

Update: I am taking away a star for that response - yikes. I clearly said they came back and cleaned. But before the pictures were taken by they realtor I also did additional cleaning myself. Our house is deep cleaned every year so I don't understand why she thinks it would be so hard to clean it? I paid $500 to waste 2 days and to end up cleaning a lot myself.

The "free" work was because they slacked off, rushed, and did not complete the job the first time. Original: I do not recommend unless you want to waste time and money. The whole experience was so disappointing. First, the timing: I was told that there was a 4 hour window, that they would be here from 8-12. They did not show until 2pm - after I called multiple times. Second, the quality of cleaning was awful.

It hardly looked like it had been cleaned, let alone "deep cleaned". There were so many areas that were overlooked. The railings were not even dusted. And this was with 4 workers over 4 hours. Our place is not even 1,400 sqft so I'm not sure what they were doing during that time. This cost us $500. I am adding a star because after complaining- the supervisor/owner did come out and had them re-clean the house.

However in hiring cleaners, I would like it to be done correctly the first time. Having to reach out, complain, send pictures, etc. was not worth it at all. Definitely wish we had gone with another company. We have used a couple in abq over the years and never has it been this bad.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the service this company did for my out of state Real estate clients prior to listing their property. The 3 person cleaning crew was professional and very thorough. There was a walkthrough with the supervisor before and after the cleaning, so we could be sure expectations were met and everyone on the same page. While their prices were a bit higher, so was the quality of service. You get what you pay for.

Top rate A+++ quality cleaning. I used MaidOMatic to clean my rental house & meet requirements for property management company to get all my deposit back. I thought I could do this myself but called them late in the game when I realized the time frame was closing in on me. MaidOMatic knew exactly what needed to be done & they even got more help there for me to make sure everything was done on time.

Once the house was clean there was still packing which needed to be done & they pitched in & helped with that. The movers were there & MaidOMatic worked hand in hand with them to make the process go as fast & smoothly as possible. They worked long hours for me because they knew I was on a big time crunch. I have used numerous cleaning services on homes I have owned in the past & though the cleaning was decent there were always places & spots missed for unknown reasons.

Not the case here with MaidOMatic. The cleaning was spotless from corner to corner. Their concerns for the predicament I was in to get it done on time was a huge help & a bigger relief for me. The cleaning & concern for my time frame was nothing shy of absolute top notch. No one could do better than the top notch cleaning job they did for me. I have referred others with no hesitance or doubt they will provide the same top notch service that I received & could not be beat by anyone.

After trying three previous cleaners, I gave maidomatic a try. OMG they came in with the big guns. I am so pleased. The house was spotless. Thank You maidomatic!

In short, the service received initially didn't meet my satisfaction. I ended up paying about 75% more for the service than I thought I'd pay upon the telephone consultation, and even having done so was quite disheartened by the results I came home to, which weren't nearly up to my expectations for professional cleaners. So why the five stars, Wendy? Well, let me tell you.

I don't think I've ever experienced the degree of extraordinary customer care that came directly (and I mean DIRECTLY) after that. In the middle of tapping out a scathing yelp review, I received a call from Tammy, the co-owner, asking how the service went. When I mentioned that I was dissatisfied, she asked me to elaborate on every detail and listened attentively to each grievance in my telling of events.

With more graciousness than I could ever have expected, she asked that I permit her to come the next day to see the space and to give them another chance to get it sparkling. She was as disconcerted by what had happened - perhaps more so! - than I and was extremely eager to make things right. As promised, she came back the next day with the same crew and then some, and insisted not only on completing the tasks that were left unfinished, but also going above and beyond to bring sparkles to other corners that even I had forgotten about!

Although I felt awkward discussing my dissatisfaction with the same crew there in front of us, they all were so gracious and polite and the crew leader even apologized kindly for their oversights the previous day. It really made me feel like a valuable customer whose concerns were validated. The end result was very pleasing, and left me with a great impression of the company.

I will definitely give Maid O'Matic my business again, as it's obvious the owners really care about the service they're providing and the good faith of their customers.

Wonderful and professional company. They are very organized with a well-trained staff, including a list of exactly what they will be cleaning so that we could alter the priorities and add items that we wanted to have done. Couldn't be happier with the results.

So.this business is NOT closed! in fact they're open and amazing. I'm am dumb-found that there are not more 4 and 5 star reviews of them on yelp.period. They're rated 4.5 on other social review sites.hence how I found them. So, after 9 weeks of dealing with wacky contractors, our home is finally ready for sale.and, thanks to Maid O'Matic, it's clean, clean Clean!

They did an amazing job.inside and out! Out you ask? Yes, they spent a few hours outside, in our back area weeding.and it's looks amazing. They even had left the natural flowering weeds undisturbed only removed the bad weeds and grass. The home.well, where to start. They did a great job. From the dusting to the carpets, everything looks brand new!

I actually enjoy cleaning.for me it's relaxing and I never think about work when I'm cleaning. However, having Maid O'Matic come out and professionally clean our home in preparation for sale, was a choice I'd make again and again. Patti and her team were all very respectful, warm and professional.and most importantly, they all gave a shit! Again, after dealing with 4 different contractors.two of which were exceptional and two that were a complete nightmare. Patti and her team made our final experience in getting our home ready for sale, completely Memorable! Thank you Patti and thank you to your team! Horrible packing services ever! I had hired this group to help pack up my house for a move and they were not organized and did not communicate with each other. I had a 4 person crew come to pack my kitchen, dining room, and living room. They decided that it was ok to pack liquids with the pump still attached and laying on its side. When my movers finally came to load the boxes they had packed we discovered that two different boxes were leaking fluid which drained down to several other boxes.

They also stacked heavy boxes on top of other boxes and ultimately crushed boxes underneath. I called back to let them know the situation and I was told that I would get a credit back ($50) They came for 2 hrs and claimed 8 hours worth of work $285. ($35 per hour per person) what a rip off and quality of work was crap. Never again with this company. Update to comments: Then don't take the job if your a cleaning company, but I guess taking cash is a lot easier to not claim taxes on either since you run a legal business.
