Northtown Library & Apartments was recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the American Library Association (ALA) as one of just three U.S. recipients of the AIA/ALA 2020 Library Building Award. The project was also recognized by the Chicago Building Congress (CBC) with a 2020 Merit Award in the residential/hospitality category.
Powers & Sons has a proven track record in construction management. Our estimators, project engineers, and project managers utilize best-in-class construction methodologies and technologies. We are one of two firms awarded the State of Indiana's first public construction manager as constructor (CMc) contract following a change in legislation in 2014.
