The Rescue division needs some help. If you are planning on working for the Rescue, don't plan on being there for too long. The Rescue coordinator is a nice guy but has no clue what he is doing and very poorly manages this company. You will be doing a lot of favors and not getting anything in return. There is no feeling of a good employee/manager relationship, full of miscommunication and feeling used. Think twice about working here and Ancon maybe doing something about the Rescue Coordinator.
