A Reichert Paint & Texture

Had Bruce paint my ceilings a few years ago and it was good. This time I hired him to scrape the popcorn in three rooms and put knockdown. There was a. Issue in the bathroom where there was no texture but completely flat. He wasn't sure he could fix it without doing the whole ceiling over. I said I didn't care just fix it. In a month I noticed a 1" crack in that area.

It grew to a 5" crack in 3 months. They came out and said it would cost me $750 to redo. I told them I won't pay them to repair their failure. Then he was also painting 2 dark ceiling fans to white. They never got all the dark brown covered. I got two new light / fan to replace them after three tries. It took three times to adequately paint the closet doors which they never rehung.

They painted two walls they we not suppose to paint because I was wallpapering them. They accidently started sanding the dark stain on one side of the doors that they were not painting. There were numerous small errors that they seemed annoyed at having to do. I complained that they did not sand the rough areas on the base boards and was told that would take too much time to do.

After a number of calls for them to come and repair the ceiling with a crack I was told I must have a water problem so the crack is not his fault. 40 years in this house and never had any water issues on my ceilings and this was only in the part he had to redo. I really liked Bruce prior to this and did not feel he would do me dirty. I suppose I'm older and he doesn't feel get any more work from him so why fix it.

Also he is at least Double that other painters charge. I will never use him again. I gave him plenty of time to make good and he did not. I have since found a wonderful painter at less than 1/2 the cost. I never had to have him come back to do anything. It was excellent the first time and cleaned so well I had nothing to do but admire the rooms I'm so happy with. Bruce

I hired Reichert and Sons to fix the walls of my main floor half bath and paint. The walls were dark green and significantly damaged by removing a vanity mirror that was glued to the wall 20 years ago. In one day, Bruce made multiple trips to my home to mud/sand/do magic on the wall. The next day Nate finished sanding and painting, a lovely relaxing gray. So efficient, so clean, perfect results and a reasonable cost. I will use them Again and give them the highest recommendation possible.

We hired Reichert and Sons to remove the popcorn ceilings in our recently purchased home, re-texture them with knock down, and paint them ceiling white. Bruce's crew was able to start the project within days after the close and were finished up a little more than a week later. As with any project, there are hiccups along the way, but Bruce and his crew made sure that we were satisfied with the end result.

He provided excellent customer service, was very responsive both to texts and phone calls, and continues to be a resource for us as we move on to other projects. Although his prices weren't the cheapest we found while getting quotes, we were more than willing to pay a higher price for quality work and good customer service. We would definitely recommend him.

I primed the exterior windows of my home thinking i was going to prime and paint the entire house myself. When i finished my last window i realized this job was more tedious than anticipated. So. I called Reichert & Sons, the owner or one of his workers responded. I briefly told him about the job. The response i recieved was "Not Interested" followed by an immediate hang up.

Then to add insult to injury they didn't answer the phone when i called back 10 times. If their follow through is anything like their customer service. This is not a company to do business with. Take your job inquiries elsewhere.

Prior to the job - good communication, timely responses Good pricing Job - Good quality, very friendly, clean, precise, made repairs to drywall I didn't have time to repair 100% on my own, from top to bottom good One downside would be that it took a while to get them scheduled after agreeing to the job, and then there was a very short notice prior to starting.

Bruce just finished up painting the interior of our new home and I couldn't be happier with him, his crew and the results. He was incredible throughout the entire process giving us accurate quotes and estimates on the amount of paint needed so we could pick our colors without going over. That really helped us in planning. They were all extremely courteous and responsive to our questions and always available to provide answers and guidance.

He helped us pick a great paint that looks fabulous even covering some really dark reds perfectly. Everything looks clean and fresh and you can tell that they take their time work with great care and attention to detail. They even recommended painting the main and garage doors since they were clearly out of place once the new paint was on and even picked a complementary color since we couldn't be there due to work.

I honestly cannot say how pleased I am that we hired Bruce for this job. They were fast, professional and do an amazing job. If you're looking for a painter who honestly care and takes pride in their work, Bruce is the man to call.

It was great working with the team at Reichert & Son's! They were always on time and a pleasure to work with. We had our popcorn cieling scraped and replaced with knock down. They did a great job taping and sealing off the area, and cleaning up after! It looks fabulous! We will definitely use them again for drywall, and will be using them for painting next! They cancelled on the day we had originally secudled, while painting they broke the moulding on the top of my cabinets which they later reapired. After they had finished painting there were several missed areas which I informed them of and they said they would come out and fix the areas, they never did so I had to call again. After the second call they fixed the areas, they also never reinstalled the HVAC intake cover so I had to reinstall it and go and buy proper materials to install the cover.

And the cherry on top is that the final price was almost double the estimate, also right after paying the owner Bruce told me that when he thinks a home is ugly he says the home pops and then proceeded to tell me that my home pops. I felt like he just slapped me across the face right after I paid him. Would not recommend

We had a smaller exterior painting job and Bruce was able to fit us in to his schedule in a timely manner. We've had lots of rain and it has been difficult to get enough dry time to wash, prime and put on 2 coats of paint, but he got it done. It looks great too!

My husband and I got quotes from 3 other bids and Bruce was not the cheapest, however he was the most knowledgeable and most professional. When the local Sherwin Williams recommends him then he must be good. His crew was very nice and cleaned up every day before they left. The job was done when he said it would be. I would highly recommend him.

Awesome. Professional. Fair price. Very experienced. We are peeping out house for sale and we had taken some lights out and attempted some Home Depot texture in a can (if you are considering that DONT DO IT) but so he had to fix the work we did. We have a 1988 rambler with and open floor plan. Bruce was able to blend it flawlessly. We had him in for an estimate, he was in the next week and in about a half of a day and no mess did an excellent job. He has 30 yrs experience and it shows.
