We worked as a subcontractor for this company. It was a nightmare. They do not pay their bills. Every invoice took 4 months to get paid. They have no cash flow and cannot afford to pay their bills. They give you constant run around and excuses for non payment. Run away from this GC group or charge them twice as much! The project was run like a bunch of amateurs and they top it off with months to get paid. Terrible to work with on all levels.
