Services
Few things can bring your business to a stop faster than a lack of hot water. Minimize downtime and avoid potential violations by allowing our fully-licensed team to troubleshoot your and repair your water heater as soon as possible. Leaks can come from any number of sources: faulty pipes, aged fixtures, poor plumbing connections or damage to name a few.
Connected to your sewer lines, keeping floor drains clear and clean reduces odors and the potential for damage to your sewer systems. Call for repair, maintenance, cleaning, clearing or installation. The best way to prevent clogs, damage or system degradation is through system maintenance. Leave tasks like periodic jetting, system inspection and cleaning to us while you focus on your business.
Hydro jetting is a process that not only effectively and efficiently clears pipe blockages, but also offers the benefit of removing unwanted buildup that can be found inside of your commercial or residential pipes. The process itself employs a head unit that when inserted into pipes shoots high-pressure water into multiple directions which penetrates tough clogs while removing other potentially damaging materials including but not limited to pipe scaling, grease, debris, tree roots and more.In addition to proving a quick and easy solution to simple drain clogs, hydro jetting can also penetrate more substantial blockages.
We are your full-service plumbing partner. We can leverage our relationships with vendors to help get you the best price on bulk fixtures, supplies, pumps, equipment and any other materials necessary to bring your project to live. From start to finish, we are here to help. When the time comes to install your systems we can assist every step of the way by handling piping, drains, fixtures, grease traps, connections and testing to ensure that the job gets done right, the first time. When it comes to the infrastructure, few aspects are more important than ensuring that critical systems are reliable.

We've used them for years in our home and at the office. Always do a great job. They've done a laundry list of plumbing needs from replacing valves in faucets, cleaning drains to adding a water filter system.

I had someone come out when our water heater would not light. They found something else wrong that was pretty big. This gentleman went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we were safe. Highly recommend this company. Service: Water heater repair

They have lied about water issues repeatedly. We have had standing water in our apartment for a day and a half because they don't know how to snake a drain properly. They lied and told the apartments they were done and fixed the issue when they didn't so our apartment flooded again for a 2nd time.

Don with Gordon's plumbing was an answer to my mother's repair prayers. She had called several companies, who charged outrageous service fees to come out. Don came out analyzed the problem and had a new commercial Water Heater in for a fraction of the cost proposed by competitors. My Mom who is an elderly lady now has hot water, after many weeks, from a very trustworthy company! Thanks Don! May God continue to Bless this business. Thankful Daughter

Experts at Plumbing. That might not sound like a big deal, but it really is a MAJOR deal. The previous company before them came out and said that I needed $11,000 worth of work and I told them they were out of their minds. Meanwhile, when Gordon plumbing came out, they found the problem and it was 47 feet outside of my unit, so the association had to pay for it.

It was just a simple clog. That's settled the question with the homeowners association. They were the ones who tried to hire the other company. Gordon plumbing is honest and professional. They take obvious pride in their work and they should. Gordon Plumbing was VERY polite, even when I was in a bad mood. That is professionalism. They changed my mood in a heartbeat. This is the best plumbing company I have ever found in my long life.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality This company was called by my apartment complex to fix my kitchen sink. The guy that came out accused me of lying about the issue and then refused to fix it. And proceeded to tell the property management the issue had been fixed and collected payment.

Had a major incident with our water heater yesterday. Gordon Plumbing dispatched someone very quickly. Curtis, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis. he spent quality time explaining our water heater issues. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Pricing was clear & was presented well in advance to make an informed decision. Great service. No issues. Amazing company with super talented folks!. Thank you.

My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!

In the process of selling my home, it was discovered that a pipe that was installed before we bought our house, ran underneath my neighbors driveway and would require excavation to correct. While disappointed that we would be responsible for repairing the neighbors property we agreed to cover the repair as this situation is not my neighbors fault.

During the inspection, the pipe was approximated as to where it was located, but could not be verified at the time, due to my neighbors car causing interference with the equipment used to identify the exact spot of the line. Days later, the crew arrived to begin work, and this is where we ran into problems. While I was quoted one size (which was roughly 5x10 feet ) for the section (they believed) was the location of the pipe, they guessed incorrectly.

They dug down approximately 7 feet and couldn't find the pipe, and it turns out they dug in the wrong spot. The hole went from 4x8 and ended up being closer to 11x11. I let the crew finish the job, and when contacted about settling the balance, I expressed some disappointment that the crew didn't verify the pipe location before digging as the scope of the repairs has now increased because of their mistake.

As the saying goes, "measure twice, cut once", at this point, the call was handed off to "Mike (Terry?)", who basically got on the phone and badgered me for saying I had agreed to pay for the work when the job was done (which I had), and that his crew didn't have a camera to verify the actual line placement on the day of the work ( so, apparently that's my fault).

The disrespectful way in which he came on the phone to pressure me into paying the bill and assumed no responsibility was extremely disappointing. I work in customer service for a living, and I have dealt with frustrated people over the years, and I can't recall having been so infuriated with the way I was treated. I will do everything I can to warn others about the response I received for being dissatisfied with the level of work that was done.

The crew that did the work on the pipe was nice, but made mistakes, the staff that was ultimately responsible for trying to find a compromise was a complete failure. To provide perspective I have attached a picture of the first hole they dug (wrong spot, right size), and the final hole with the repaired pipe.

Gordon Plumbing had to install a main water line in downtown Fishers for my home. My house in located in the middle of all the construction. They were great to work with. This was not an easy project. The staff was pleasant to be around, they worked really really hard. This project took several days. The office help was terrific in keeping me informed.

They cleaned up my yard and driveway real nice. I cannot say enough. In fact, I want them back for inside work. I recommend them highly. My husband and I miss having them around. Thank you Gordon Plumbing for such a great job. Michele Archer

We would give this company 10 stars if we could. Gordon Plumbing of Fishers, Indiana was contracted by our home warranty company in the past month to replace a cracked water pipe which they did quickly and efficiently. They didn't try and sell us any other products. Every single person we spoke to was pleasant and answered any and all questions we had in a respectful, knowledgeable manner that we could understand.

This week they helped us figure out the solution to a separate issue. We have no doubt we would still be sitting here scratching our heads without them. They have the knowledge, expertise and equipment to complete any plumbing job big or small. The supervisor/manager that has helped us with this most recent issue is to be commended for his patience.

Truly he is an AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL for Gordon's Plumbing and understands what good customer service is. Impressive group of people to work with and we highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional. Refused to come to my neighborhood at 5pm in the afternoon because they said it was unsafe. My gas has been cut off for 3 days and I've just had major surgery. I can't cook, shower, or heat my home. They originally said they would be at my place in 20mins then called back and said 9am the next morning because my neighborhood was " unsafe " at 5pm in the afternoon?

When I called to make a complaint the dispatcher said I was irate ( which is a lie) and said they would not come at all. They basically didn't want to come to my neighborhood (aka black neighborhood after dark) at all anyway. I suggest not using this company at all. Racists and unprofessional and inconsiderate.

We had our master bathroom remodeled, and needed basic plumbing re-done in order to connect the new sinks/faucets. We also had some small issues in another bathroom. The plumber was on time, efficient and able to add our additional request. He was personable and very affordable. Would recommend.

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them. The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO!

We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder! I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.

The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that. The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

2-15-18 I called Gordon Plumbing since they were a vendor referred by AO Smith as a certified vendor. I was having a problem with my water heater not providing hot water. The tech came to my home and he had a great demeanor. He told me that I was not receiving hot water because there was lime build up. He said to fix the problem that I should install a water softener. Gordon does not sell water softener's so I called another company to purchase one.

The informed me that installing a water softenter is not going to make hot water flow through out my home. This is a measure that needs to be taken after the water heater has been flushed out. This is more of a preventive measure, that it would not remove all the existing lime build up. I called Gordon Plumbing back to inform them of this. The young lady who answered the phone was the rudest customer service rep, I have even encountred.

She told me she could send out another technician but I would be another service fee after I had already paid 140.00 with no resolution to the problem. She customer service rep agreed that he should have offered to drain the tank but he never did. I asked to speak with the manager several times, she said "I heard you say that several times". She never put a manger on the line, only told me that she had spoken with the manger and they could come back out and drain the water heater for another fee or cancel the appointment.

I cancelled the appointment after being mistreated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS THEY WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WILL BE RUDE TO YOU AS WELL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THEM. BEWARE! 2-15-18

Have been out to work on our toilets 3 times now. The first visit, we were told there was nothing wrong wrong and he left, the second visit he came in, did something (we didn't watch to see what, as we thought he was "working") and then he came out about 15 minutes later and said it was fixed only to have the issue reoccure the next day. The third time we called we were told it would be a day or two before they could come out, 3 days later he arrives and this time brings in a snake to actually clear our lines and then he informs us that the water pressure is too low and that is why we are having all these issues (remember this is after 3 visits we are told this).

So we ask if he could adjust the pressure, and that's when we are told "that would have to be a separate work order, that will have to be called in and we can come back out and do it". Unfortunately for us this same company is constantly being called by our employer, I just hope it's not something underhanded, but what ever the cause, it's us employees and our customers that are incinvienced. I just want to warn any honest companies out there away from this place.

Technician inspected our hot water tank and advised that we needed a new burner unit. Said it would be a "couple hundred bucks", or could replace the tank for "1600". While the tank is ten years old, the bladder, and tank in general is in good condition, so we opted for the burner. Tech returned a hour or so later, replaced the burner unit, and left me with a bill for $609.46.

When I asked about the "couple hundred buck" quote he said, "that hourly rate will get you". Told me that I should call the office as he had no control over the bill. I called and left a message for the owner, Jerry Gordon - he did not return the call. I sent an email to Jerry - he did not respond. I detailed this issue on the customer service survey that followed in the mail - no response.

The burner element went out yesterday. I called their office today and said that the tank would need to be replaced - the burner has no warranty. I phoned two other plumbers, and while they agree that I needed a new tank, $600 for a element install is a rip off.

Beware - can't even troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out (late), threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging it myself. I got a bill for $180 - tech was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet.

I called Gordon and they lowered my bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up (late), flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly and left. Did not event try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife into paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets.

I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5 ft one in between plumber visits) and fix it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

Have been having problems with water backing up in basement drain. Have been trying to get this resolved for a while now and the company which handles the coverage I have for sewer issues recommended Gordon Plumbing. Rudy came out and spent nearly all day trying to find the problem which he did do, then explained everything and cleaned up at the end. This hopefully ends a very frustrating problem; he was professional and friendly and very polite and he fixed it! Thanks!

3/10/15 - Plumber arrived EARLY which was a relatively nice surprise.but not ideal as I was in bed when the young man arrived (7:15am). He admitted not having my phone # to call give me fair warning of his :15 early arrival. We have a Moen Roman Tub that has a cartridge 1248B that was stuck / corroded in both the hot / cold handles. He went out to his truck and within :10 determined that his silver Moen "puller" wasn't long enough to reach the deep cartridge.

He offered to drive around town looking for the correct tool.but that my timer would be running until it was located. I was billed $45 for :20 visit! After handing him my $45 check. I felt as if I just awoke from a nightmare! P.S. - Mr. Williams (CC Williams) plumber came over the following week, he simply screwed a long screw into the cartridge (handle) and pulled real hard with pliers.popped out each cartridge in the first :10 of his visit! :)

Do not use Gordon Plumbing. They are totally unethical. We had our home hit by lightning and our water heater had to be replaced. The guy from Gordon came yesterday and by evening, we still had no hot water. WE called the boss at Gordon Plumbing (Steve), and he said he would have to charge us for an another service call to our home. Steve was very rude to my husband, and refused to do it for free even though we had to pay for the first time Gordon came to our home. We will NEVER use this company again for plumbing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
