A very unprofessional company to work for. Always disorganized and a hassel on their end. I was a previous employee with bcc and by far the worst company i have worked for. I was told on my job site i was doing a great job but when i went in to my review it was a whole diffrent story. On site i would ask for direction and would never be shown how to complete a task and never corrected the right way for the general contractor.
In personal experience my forman didnt like me or some of my other coworkers and only had to sleep with the office manager to get us fired. Also in my review i tried to explain my side and there was no discussion it was their way or nothing.
