Choosing Roeser Home Remodeling was an excellent choice for our master bath. Brandi is a very talented designer and helped me with the selection process. They communicated daily what was happening and when.much appreciated! All the tradesmen were meticulous and precise! It was a pleasure working with the Roeser family and I highly recommend. We called Roeser for a home visit to discuss a renovation my husband and I have been wanting to do for years now - a small kitchen update and a master suite addition. My husband made it clear to the Mr Roeser that they were the first and only contractors we were engaging at that time. The father and son-in-law team came to our house and spent 2+. hours with us.
About 2/3's of the way through the visit, Mr Roeser began taking our vision in a different direction. He started talking about an entire kitchen remodel, expanding it along an entire wall of our house, removing an exterior wall, etc. He gave us a budget ballpark of $300K, which was not at all what we were wanting to spend, nor was.

Roeser did a master bedroom/laundry and kitchen for us and I can't say enough good things! From the beginning of the design process, Brandi really got that less was more and worked design magic to incorporate the essentials into our design while staying true to my original house and zoning restrictions. The quality of the work was excellent, came in on budget and without any major delays.

Roeser Home Remodeling has done a lot of work for us. A two story addition, new custom closet and bathroom, and a new front porch with beautiful wooden doors. I would recommend them to anyone. They stand by their work! If any problems occur after the job is finished they will come and work with you on solving them.

I was very pleased with the work by Roeser Home Remodeling. They designed a creative plan to utilize our space to its fullest. Brandi was helpful with design and purchase ideas. Roesers remodeled our kitchen, opened the hallway and designed a new master bathroom and laundry room. Their craftsmanship is visible in every detail. They were considerate and kept the work areas completely clean throughout the remodel. We highly recommend Roeser Home Remodeling!

From the first meeting with Joe and Brandi, in our money-pit we call a home, we were provided with a balance of creativity and practicality. For our specific project, safety and structural integrity was paramount, which clearly aligned with Roeser's principles. Three 10-ft. steel I-beams had to be placed in a failing, two-story, 1912, brick wall. Like surgeons, Mark and Jake extracted bricks from the wall, even beneath the subfloor.
The steel was put in place, framed and completed with drywall, just as we expected. We now have a new, usable master bedroom. Additionally, a white flat roof was installed, and has already made a difference with the St. Louis temperatures. I trusted Joe and his team with my property, and I am so thankful I did. Their daily clean-up and job summary kept the project manageable and less disruptive to our lives. Thank you, Roeser!

Roeser Home Remodeling did a really great job for us. They came to our home and remodeled our bathroom and they did an awesome job. We were absolutely satisfied with the work they did, they did some work in our new home as well. The staff who work for Roeser are just really great at what they do, they are always very courteous workers and they get the job done on time.
