I would highly recommend Roger Robinson, owner of Bear Canyon Painting for any home or business painting. Bear Canyon has repaired and resolved many issues professionally, timely and beyond my expectations. The first time, they repaired interior water leak and cracked walls, matching the paint perfectly. Second time, I had major cracking and peeling of original Kool Deck around the pool; they resurfaced and suggested a complete repair and refinish of all Kool Deck.
It looks wonderful! The third time, he completely repaired and painted my house exterior and courtyard walls, inside and out, with a 3-color concept. He only uses the best products on the market. It looks great, even two years after the fact! Roger and his crew are professional, friendly and honest. I would and have recommended him to family, friends and neighbors.

After meeting with more than 6 companies, we decided to employ Bear Canyon Painting, based on their reviews and warranty. Two years after having the house painted, I feel it is one of the worst mistakes I have made with our home. Upon discovering a vast number of areas not properly covered with paint (as guaranteed in the contract), customer service and response came to an immediate halt.
Each time I attempted to contact Chris Kruger - Director of Operations to discuss the issue and concern, my calls, emails, and text messages go without response. To his credit, he did on one occasion come out to inspect the home while I was at work and meet with my wife. Apparently he apologized and acknowledged the poor workmanship in the job. He reassured her that all of our concerns would be addressed.
A few minor concerns were addressed, but the vast majority of paint coverage concerns were never addressed, as it would required re-painting the entire house. Anyone searching for a company, I would encourage them to do their homework, and stay clear of Bear Canyon Painting. They do not stand by their contact or their word.
