Not a good experience with this company for me. Their Company came to fix an A/C issue and only partially completed the job which caused a leak all over my condo and damaged very expensive flooring. They sent someone back to fix the damage they caused. Instead of fixing the damage for free they attempted to bill me for both occurrences. When I called for an explanation they did not have one and said a manager would reach out to me to discuss.
No manager ever reached out to me. They continued to keep sending double bills. Poor service and poor communication. Also they never fixed the flooring they damaged and refused to take any responsibility or contact me.

The service technician said he would come out with an electrician to assess my entire need. He sent another technician without an electrician, that technician left and said he would have the original technician call me, he never called, I called the next day and he was extremely rude to me. I called the main office because I had never had trouble with this company in all the years I had used them, the technician called back and apologized, he set up a time to come the next morning, he never showed, it's been 4 days since then, never showed up, never called.

It is rare in this day and age that a company will stand behind their work. We had an issue where there was a mistake on the paperwork after a move-in that made us wonder if work was done. We called North Mechanical to verify and they acknowledged the issue and sent someone to double-check on the work. Wow! If you deal with North Mechanical, you're dealing with quality people. That is priceless these days. And if they send Mike - then they're sending their best. Thank you, North Mechanical.

Called to get an estimate on the holding tanks and a dehumidifier in the boiler room of my hotel a few days ago, I was told that someone will call me to get more information. I waited 3 days, no call back from them. I called back and I was transferred to a guy named Brett, who sounded like he did not want to visit the property to give us an estimate, he kept telling me that I have to call the designing engineer to give me the design for the holding tanks and I kept telling him that I need someone to come and have a look at it at least and they can decided what needs to be done as I am not really a technical guy.
I have spoken to couple of other companies and they are sending someone right away to have a look at it and give us an estimate. Seems like the guy named Brett did not want to work and make money for his company. I do not usually leave bad reviews for any company especially mentioning names but the way he spoke to me made me do this.

My experience with North Mechanical Contracting was more than exemplary. All the way from the very pleasent agent Lisa who answered my phone call to the technicians, John and Marvin. Special thanks to Steven Roseburgh in sales who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Also, a very special, thanks to the technicians John and Marvin. John was such a pleasure to work with.
He worked very diligently and efficiently trying not to waste time or materials. His efficiency was astounding and showed the wealth of knowledge he has.
