From below grade, to high-rise applications, our skilled personnel have had firsthand restoration and waterproofing field experience in the installation of nearly all the major brand name products. We know the products' chemical compositions and capabilities and are always cautious to first test each product before its use on any project.

Asbestos was previously used in building products until the 1970's. Morley Environmental, Inc. specializes in the remediation of potentially harmful friable and non-friable asbestos-containing materials. We have successfully completed the removal of over 10 million square feet of asbestos from every type of structure and building where asbestos had previously been used.
John J. Morley founded J. J. Morley Enterprises, Inc. (DBA The Morley Companies) in 1988 working to produce "state of the art" restoration with improved equipment and skilled personnel. John's extensive engineering background and experience in the construction industry gives him an overall view of the construction of buildings and the importance of maintaining them.
