There are alot of inspection companies out there but only ken giblin will give you the personal attention and respect, i was able to follow him around and pick his brain with all my stupid questions he was not in a rush or a hurry the entire time it was a very comfortable experience start to finish

Amazing service! I think he did a great job and he let me ask all the questions I had without rushing me or anything like that. He goes over everything with you and gives a binder with all the info for your keeping. I hope whoever takes his place in a few years is as good as he is!

Ken helped us with the inspection of a home we were interested in purchasing and did an excellent job at explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. He was extremely knowledgeable about his profession and was upfront about any problems with the home. We truly felt he had our best interests!

I was surprised to find the home inspection a great experienced. I learned so much about the home, and general things to watch for and correct. He was incredibly thorough and clearly knew what he was doing. He even gave me tips on minor repairs and a maintenance guide! This was absolutely a good value. We were fortunate not to have to call him back for anything, but I felt confident he would have cheerfully handled any follow up needed. I would be happy to work with Ken again anytime.

If you don't use Ken you are a fool! His reports are very detailed and easy to understand. We have used him twice now; once on a new construction and the other on an older home. Both times he has been very helpful. On the older home he basically gave us our to-do list of upgrades. The new construction obviously had less issue, but he took the time to give us a maintenance schedule. Which, as a first time home buyer at the time, was wonderful. Ken is our go to guy and we've recommended him to several friends who've all had similar experiences.

Ken was an invaluable resource for our very first home purchase. The home inspection he provided us was beyond thorough. Ken left no inch of the house unexamined, from exterior to interior. He even opened up our gas fireplace insert and tried to figure out why it wasn't working. I also really appreciated how he let us actually get involved in the inspection and follow him through the home.

For newbie homeowners, it really helped us learn some new things about our future home. I hopefully won't be purchasing another home for a long time; but I'll certainly call on Ken again, if I do!

Ken was awesome! Very informative, and very thorough. Great experience with Eagle Eye Inspections from start to finish. He took great care to check every square inch of our new home. Covered areas of concern and gave kudos on things well done that are typically of concern. He gives a binder with all items covered in his inspection with pictures of certain items so there is no question on what the item is. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!
