Hard to work with At first I could not get Losli fencing to respond to messages or calls as I wanted them to quote replacing my fence. After some pursuing I got them to come around to measure up. We then heard nothing for a while regarding the quote, again some more chasing up and I got a text explaining they are busy and they will be getting around to my quote and that the job will be expensive.

Another wait and then I received a photo of my unfinished quote via text message, the photo cut off the bottom so I couldn't see the total. Eventually after some analysis of the breakdown contained in the quote. I discovered the total was $24.5k covering 347 linear feet of standard good neighbor 6ft wood fencing and a small gate. Essentially just over $69 per linear foot. Losli is entitled to charge what they like for a job and I do not take issue with that.

I declined the quote via text message. Losli are very busy so It's possible they don't need the work and we're basically no quoting me. If so I wish they would have been honest upfront and just no bid me rather than waste my time. They have great reviews but as a homeowner I won't be working with them and I will be telling friends, family and work colleagues to avoid them also.

After posting this review I received profanity laden text messages from Losli fence and deck which I still have and have posted online elsewhere. 8/25/2020 update: Losli fence has posted a response to my review calling me a liar, nothing in my review is untrue, it's all fact and I still have the text messages calling me names and threatening to sue me for leaving a negative review.

I also have ring cam footage of him being onsite for less than 30 mins and the unfinished quote with no total which allegedly took 4 hrs to generate according Losli fence. At this point it's a waste of time responding to this level of pettiness. I wish him good luck and hope that he learns from this and improves on his business acumen skills and practices as a whole.

They were on the ball and came in with a great bid. The fence is beautiful. They were quick and did a great job. I would very much recommend this company. They are great, friendly and cleaned the job site well when they were done.

I had a composite deck installed by Losli a year ago and my family has enjoyed it so much. He spent the time to work with me to get what we wanted and took the extra steps to make sure the deck will last for years. We get compliments on the deck and pergola all the time, but more importantly it has become an extension of our home rather than that thing behind the house. Losli was on time, the crew did a great job cleaning up, and the finished product was just what we were looking for. What more can you ask for?

Impeccable work in a timely manner. We were out of the country when our fenceblew down. They were able to replace it within two days! Worries gone. We came back and we're very happy with the results.
