Solid building with very helpful representative that can answer questions.

We heard great things about Alesci homes and we really wanted to use them as our builder. We met with Tony Alesci a number of times on Zoom. However, after a month in he kept canceling appointments last minute and stopped responding to our emails. We were super disappointed in the lack of responsiveness. Our guess is that our budget being 650k was too low for this builder.

This is the first home we have built. Alesci made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the Alesci team was great to work with. Thank you for our beautiful home.

Alesci was very helpful. Tony and the entire Alesci team are a delight. When you go see them, you aren't only buying the house of your dreams, you are so becoming family. Highly recommend Alesci Homes to Everyone.

This is the 4th home that we built and our first with Alesci. I wish we had found Tony and his company sooner as we would have used him every time. Our experience was exceptional and did not disappoint us anywhere through the build. We moved in a week ago and couldn't be happier. Thank you, Alesci Homes!

Update from previous review. Tony, sherrie, Candace, Melissa, Jim make a great team. Always on top of my new build progress. I've been very impressed with subcontractors during our meetings as well. House looks absolutely stunning and we are less than halfway through the building process. When I compare Alesci style and substance to neighboring properties I can't help but puff my chest out a little. I can't wait to invite new neighbors over upon completion. Built with alesci going into the 2016 year. Been in my house 2 years now with no issues. I think for the price point tonys homes are priced perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to build another home with Alesci. The contractors that Alesci uses are some of the best and most reliable in the industry and that's what you need when making the biggest purchase possibly in your life. Give these guys a shot!

We should have known better. From the onset, things seemed to take a long time. When we finally signed the contract in November, 2016 we were told we would be digging by February. We didn't start until mid-April. We endured several delays due to the poor management by the project manager. We were forced to spend 3 weeks in an extended stay hotel, which was very expensive.

We had to pay the mover twice. Shortly before we took occupancy, we did a walk through with the project manager. The punch list was pretty long. After living in the house for a few weeks, the list got longer. We have attempted to contact Tony Alesci several times. He does not return our calls, emails or texts. The project manager "is no longer with the company" We have contacted the operations manager several times.

She also does not respond. We have paid this building a lot of money and do not feel that we were given the house promised to us by Tony Alesci. During the sales process we were assured that our home would be "just as nice as the model". The builder did not meet expectations. We have been in our house since 11/22/17. The punch list still have not been completed and nobody from Alesci Homes has tried to resolve the issues.

My husband and I built our very first home with Alesci, and we had the best experience! We had originally begun the process with a different company but dropped them before actually starting the process. We met with Alesci and within a weeks time he and his staff had a plan in motion for us. We were both completely comfortable dealing with Alesci and their crew. Getting in contact and receiving responses was no problem! (And being first timers to owning and building we had many questions.) We have been in our home now for 5 years and still love every inch of it.

We watch new constructions by other builders go up in our neighborhood and can see where Alesci far surpasses them in quality. Our budget was not extravagant but Alesci worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely build with them in the future if we ever leave this house.

My husband and I worked with Tony Alesci and his all-star team to build our home and can't imagine a better experience. Our home was built with the best materials, craftsmanship, quality design and true understanding of our needs. We loved how there weren't hidden upgrades like most builders. Tony builds his homes at a great price with incredible, lasting, quality materials. They were always available, patient and we couldn't be happier.

I couldn't imagine a better home building experience. Tony and his crew were absolutely great to work with. They were available anytime we had questions and helped guide us through the entire process. They did an amazing job building us our dream home.
