Lynn designed our two-story detached garage in 2019, and she was phenomenal. She understood our needs, and she created drawings that were completely custom and highly detailed. She knows Nashville's regulations very well. When we ran into issues with the contractor, she was available to intervene because she takes pride in her work and wants to ensure that the execution of her vision (and ours) is on the mark. She was so friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. We love our finished garage, and would love to work with Lynn again.

Lynn designed our detached garage/apartment. She knew what it took to get through Nashville's approval process, especially since we're part of the historic overlay. Lynn visited throughout construction to make sure the contractors were following the plans. We would love to work with Lynn again on our next project.

Lynn at Taylor Made Plans is just incredible. She not only created the best and most perfect plans for our build but she also was kind enough to help with some of the contractor vetting. She was always available for any and all questions we had along the way as well. Our build with the contractor is set to begin in a few weeks and even the contractor has commented repeatedly on how thankful he is to have such fantastic and detailed plans.
He said he never sees plans as good as what was drawn by Taylor Made Plans. If I could leave 6 stars I would and will recommend this company to anyone in need of professionally designed building plans.
