Critical: Professionalism Not friendly employees working at the Ypsilanti library I spoke and said good morning and they look at me like I was crazy. Don't know how good or bad there work is but not professional or people friendly.

I have worked with RAM for the past 20 years, first as Western Waterproofing and currently as RAM Construction Services. I have not one complaint. Bob Mazur has built a tremendous team with great employee retention. I continue to work with the same crews, foremen, superintendents, leaders year after year for not only facade restoration but also concrete repairs/restoration. RAM has continued to provide excellent work with great teams and superior quality. RAM works with their clients to successfully achieve the goal in the best way possible. Additionally, RAM has worked successfully with our architectural consults to formulate the best plan to proceed with the restoration. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of Bob Mazur and the entire RAM team!

Worked for them 1 season, didn't get no benefits, didn't receive any unemployment during off season. Since then my insides have felt turned inside out! been living with hernia for over 4 years now because of them. Had me on the jack hammer for over 2 weeks straight, then to the quickie making the sealant lines for the parking deck then back to the jack hammer for about 3 months worked til last layoff round. They need to worry about health of employees not profit first.

I've worked here for almost 6 years and love this company. I have seen the work they do and each one is a work of art. We work hard as a team. I am proud to be a RAM employee and this company works hard to be the best. We take our job, safety, and customer satisfaction very seriously.

Great company! Love the tigger lit up facing the freeway. It's great you went above and beyond to do that. I love looking at it on my way home from work late at night.

RAM makes you buy your own company clothing to work. Pay for your safety equipment and doesn't pay OT until after 40. They are union but run their company like scabs.

Great people, ,, not set up for 53' van unloading, ,, but they managed to help with getting back into where they needed for hand unloading, ,,, under 2 hours for what they had to do, to get it done. Good job, ,
