Following the DreamMark and Sandy Martin started Sandmark Construction in 1995 when they left the hectic lifestyle in Northern Virginia with two small children and moved south to the beautiful Outer Banks. Designing Solutions to Meet Your NeedsOur process for designing and building a custom renovation is similar to our process for designing and building a new custom home. Many of our renovations are whole house renovations. An older home may require new more efficient windows and doors, heating and air systems, cabinetry, flooring, electrical systems, painting, siding and roof work.
