We have had issues with getting sub-par worked fixed from day one. Our tub is a year old and completely discoloring and we can't get anyone from the warranty dept to fix it. We get promise after promise of a fix, yet no response.

Nice homes, built barely at building codes, and when things are discovered to be defective or out of code, they just "promise" to fix them. Still waiting for things to be fixed after living here for 13 months. Probably a 3 star rating, but giving it a 1 star because I'm still sour about it and want people to know :

Someone from the corporate office private messaged me and said that they took it very seriously and would have someone responsible for my region contact me that day or the day after. Nobody ever contacted me but I can't say that I was surprised. I messaged them again asking them to please contact me to get the problems resolved and yet still no reply. It's been a week now. Update- Thanks Greg for reaching out and stopping by. I appreciate you meeting with us and addressing our concerns. You represent Woodside very well and we have a renewed hope.
